Had a pipe issue/back up into house. My plumber referred me to Fullhouse. They quickly arrived gave a quote an worked through insurance. Project took very long - some delays with insurance and delays with full house. As of writing this, they have been paid in full but the work is still incomplete - I have hallway doors that wont close because of impromper installation. The other work completed seems average, you can tell it was rushed. Communication started out great during the demo part, but fell off during the reconsruction phases. I spend so much effort following up. Now, I can't get Doug to return my calls or texts, he just sends me to voicemail. After nearly a week of me calling and texting he finally responds via text. So much effort needed on my side for them do to their job. I call into the office and it goes to voicemail. I'm often told there is an emergency of why they can't compelte: family illness, vehicle accident and workers hospitalized, staff hospitalization. I understand life happens, but the issue is that I'm not updated and I only find out after continued efforts of having to get ahold of them. Communication is so important. I will be happy to modify once they complete the full restoration. Now it's just a partialhouse restoration. read more

***WARNING*** Do not hire this contractor. They are a rip off. My plumber called them because i have a small mold and mildew build up in my garage due to a very small leak from a dischage tube from my water softener, nothing too big that it falls into and emergency situation. They came one Sunday afternoon, they set up 3 fans and 1 dehumidifier. The following Wednesday, i spoke to my water softener company and was advised to call them right away to have Fullhouse pull out the equipment because they are a rip off. So i called them in the morning, which is within the 3 days cancellation window. True enough, they were charging me over $1500 for the equipment. They said one of the reason is because their office is so far away and they have to charge me for the trip, which is ridiculous. So after fighting with them, they dis brought it down to $1063, which is still a lot considering all they did was keep my garage cooler for 3 days, i wasn't planning on purchasing new equipment, with that price, i feel like im buying them new equipment. I have never been so poorly treated by a company before. While the mitigation team of the company was very responsive and did a great job of drying out our ceiling, the restoration team was totally unresponsive. When the mitigation team completed its work, the company representative told me the restoration team leader would give me a call to set up a time to restore the ceiling. After not receiving a call for several days I called the company and was told the restoration team leader would give me a call the next day. When the leader failed to call, I contacted the office again and was told the team leader would give me a call the next day. Again when the leader failed to call and schedule an appointment, I called the office again. Again I was assured the leader would give me a call. More than a week has transpired and no call. I have given up on the company and am now trying to find someone to complete the project. I had to remove the paper they taped to our floor over three weeks ago and the tape damaged the floor. One of my tenants had contacted Fullhouse Restoration to clean up mess on the floor caused by leakage from a waste pipeline. They cleaned up the mess and left several dehumidifier equipment to dry out the unit. When I received the bill for $2500, which I thought it was outrageouse for what they had done, I called Doug to find out the scope of work and itemized statement of his $2500 invoice, his response was I DON'T HAVE TO DISCLOSE THAT TO YOU. I HAVE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $2500 AND THAT'S IT. I've already asked all my tenants not to use this company who takes advantage of emergency calls and doesn't give a damn about customer service. They start off strong and rush you into signing papers as if they aren't important, all while promising this and that from insurance. They had fans blowing and the moisture machine thing on for 3 weeks straight and sending men out to "check equip." Every other day. The estimator looks like he is 12, and when he showed up he was on crutches. I had to knock on his personal car window to get him to hurry up, as I had to get back to work. He was watching some video on his phone. Insurance did not approve the estimate they sent in because they were asking for ridiculous things that had nothing to do with the damage done. An estimate we never saw, only the adjuster rcvd. When we decided to go with another company for the rebuild portion that's when the threats began. I should have read reviews. So many others stating the same problems. In what world is forcing yourself on people ever a good idea? Does not seem like good business to me. Specially when they will get paid for the work they did do, which wasn't much. Just set some fans and stopped by for less then 10 min. at a time. And then sending in an estimate that was never going to be approved by ins. My opinion on the good reviews are either from friends & family or customers with small jobs not involving insurance companies. If I could give 0 stars that is exactly what I would have done. In response to Doug's reply: He has no idea what he is even talking about. There was only 1 guy going thru signing papers not 3 and as far as pulling up flooring I did in no way delay that, what I did demand is that they pulled up all the flooring and not just flooring around the sink. AND the reason for your guys coming out every other day is what I stated above...for "equipment check" they said. Every other day for 3 weeks, I had to meet them at my dads to let them in. On November 11, 2023 I called in a claim for water damage due to a water heater leak. Full House Restoration was assigned by the insurance company to do remediation and reconstruction. It is now January 3, 2024 and they have yet to start reconstruction! They are unresponsive to phone calls. I finally did the reconstruction in the garage myself so I can get the plumber to install a new water heater. Now I am still waiting for them to START on the damage in the bedroom and den. Today I finally got them to commit to start work on the repairs on January 8. TWO MONTHS WAITING! This is the perfect company for you to use if you like being ignored and neglected. It is perfect if you enjoy being told someone will call you the next day and 3 weeks goes by without a call. I have yet to review their work because they haven't actually done any work after two months. I give them more than one star only because when I do talk to someone, they are always respectful, kind and appear concerned. Of course, it would be better if their respect actually followed through to commitment. As far as value is concerned, we will be paying the $5,000 insurance deductible and - hopefully - nothing more. And it remains to be seen what the quality of their workmanship is when we finally see the product of their reconstruction which will include tiling, carpeting, drywall replacement, door replacement and paint. More to come...after they finally get to the house and DO the work. During a recent rain storm we had a leak in our roof. I'm very pleased with not only how fast they responded but the professionalism and friendliness of the crew that dried out my ceiling. While they were there I asked them to check out a mold smell coming from our master bathroom. They quickly located the mold and removed the wallboard and baseboard that was contaminated. I was referred to Danny from Fullhouse Restoration, and he was immediately attentive and extremely empathetic to our situation. We had quite a mess in our house due to the flood damage. I'd give 100 stars, if Yelp allowed it. I was very surprised to find the less than stellar reviews on Full House Restoration, because they were absolutely great to work with all around. I think sometimes people expect to get "something for nothing" and may need feel a sense of victory against companies. Or their expectations of "good value" are off-kilter. I consider myself a fair person, and understand businesses need to make a profit to survive in today's climate - especially if they offer a good service, they should be able to make a living. Now, here's my story: A few months ago I received a frantic call from a tenant on a Wednesday morning stating her entire apartment was flooded! My first call was to my local plumber of many years (CR Plumbing & Drain Cleaning). He immediately came out to see the issue and discovered a pipe had burst within a wall. Luckily, he was able to stop the flood source on the spot. He recommended Danny from Full House Restoration and connected me with him right away. Danny came out within 2 hours to meet me at the property and asses the damage. This was the first time something like this had happened to me as well as my tenant. We had about 5 inches of water throughout the entire unit, plus water had seeped into 2 other adjacent units. The damage was significant. Furniture, wood flooring, carpets, cabinets clothing, electronics were all saturated with water. Danny started explaining the process of remediation, testing, reconstruction, as well as dealing with our insurance company. His expertise and humble approach helped calm our level of stress during this tense situation. I had a lot of questions around repairs, costs and insurance, as well as dealing with the tenants. He was very patient and answered every question we had. He explained that upon entering into an agreement with his company, they would only charge a fair market amount that our insurance would pay, and we would not have to come out-of-pocket for any of their work. After they would complete the work, they would send the invoice to our insurance company, and upon approval by the insurance, payment would be issued for their services. We had nothing to lose. 4 hours later, Danny had a crew arrive to our property, and they started vacuuming water and set up heaters and fans to start the drying process. The next morning, the same crew arrived early and started removing all wooden floors that had absorbed the water. And they drying continued.... That same day, Danny coordinated with a laboratory to come sample and test our drywall for lead paint and asbestos. I would have never thought of this and expected his crew would have started ripping out walls right away! We could have been caught in a bad situation, if this would have been handled differently for this rental. When I finally connected with my insurance adjuster, he spoke highly of Danny and Full House. He said we were in good hands, and that Full House was one of the better companies to deal with from their side. Soon after the remediation process was completed, they scheduled us quickly to start the rebuild process. Wall repairs, paint, flooring, cabinets and doors. They were fast, workmanship was clean and precise, and the communication was impeccable. We had some challenges finding certain materials due to the supply chain issues everyone is having, but Danny brought us some good alternative options and we were able keep the project moving. It was really a pleasure to work with Danny! Also, his team was great. I dealt a lot with Kimo, Jayden and Noah. They were so polite and profesional. In my experience, workers tend to be a bit rough around the edges and not too "service oriented". Not these guys, super polite and helpful. I commended Danny for training his team well. Overall, I had a great experience with Full House Restoration, and don't understand the poor reviews here. They're fair, honest, and do good work. Danny is a good guy.
