Despite me confirming that they were on site to measure. 3 times the weather was an issue. 2 times he had "personal emergencies/issues". I finally had enough and have taken our business away. To top it off, I have in writing and emails stating that he pulled a permit with the county to install my companies signs, when I finally thew in the towel after 4 weeks of not having my job completed, I requested the sign permit, to which suddenly he claims he did not file.
