I have used this company in the past with positive results for the past 15 yrs or so. Most recently I sent them some art to print decals and shirts. I had 2 designs that I had drawn for the art department to be redone professionallY. One if the designs was perfect for approval. The other design was off centered. I called and sent emails explaining that all I wanted was the design to be centered. I started this order with a lady by the name of Kimberly and spoke to many other employees during my request to correct the art. In the past they would always have the same person follow through with my orders and as I mentioned I had no problems at all. One employee in particular his name is CHUCK I was told that he is one of the managers there. He was very helpful at first and acknowledged that the art was not centered. After numerous attempts for approval Chuck got very rude with me on the phone, telling me he didn't have the time spend talking to me anymore. I then told him to cancel my order if that's the case. He abruptly told me GOT IT! and hung up on me. A few weeks later I received the order that I had cancelled with Chuck. I spoke with Kimberly again as to why they sent the order After I had canceled with Chuck. She assured me that she would take care of the situation so I decided to keep the half of the order that I approved previously. I sent the other half back to the company and waited for a refund on the order. I eventually had to call them back to let them know that I wasn't refunded. CHUCK answered the phone as I identified myself,he then told me he didn't want to talk to me and hung up on me. I called again and resolved everything with a nice woman who I can't remember her name that begins with the letter M. read more

I ordered. The delivery day came and went. I called 4 days after the delivery date and they said "Oh I didn't know that hadn't been shipped yet." No discount, No free shipping for the inconvenience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - Worst experience ever. Responded to their marketing to do an online store for the holidays for our school district's booster club. Apparently hey had NO experience doing online stores and as a result our entire community was disappointed to not get their holiday gifts in time for the holidays. It took until February to get some items. The worst part was the awful communication - no one responded. I attempted my own sports apparel business a few years ago and I have been teaching and coaching locally for 22 years . When I need something I go straight to Doreen. I know my order will be done correctly and in a timely fashion. She will find you the best quality for the amount of money you can spend. She is very easy to work with and never minds the changes you may want in a design before going to print! Ordered shirts, got the art approved, and PAID, and then heard nothing for 2 weeks. I called and a gentleman told me my shirts were in production and he'd put a rush on them. Then I called back a week later and was told they don't make the shirt anymore. Not sure why I wasn't communicated with this. But 3 weeks later I am back to square one - even though they charged me immediately. read more

I ordered shirts for my sons basketball team for Xmas. Pro Tuff screwed up the print on one of the shirts. Instead of sending a new shirt that would replace the bad one, Pro Tuff said they would send a call tag and I would have to return the one they screwed up. (This of course would mean the team would not have their shirts for Xmas which seemed to not matter one bit to Pro Tuff.) I never received a call tag nor a response to my emails. So, once they get your money, DO NOT expect help. I'd never use them again and warn you not too order from them also read more

My daughter's school volleyball team ordered a special shirts for their Breast Cancer Awareness game. It's something they do and we pay for every year. Well when the shirts came in over a week early my daughter shirt was done blatantly incorrect. They put her number 15 of the from and put a completely different number on the back. Well I said hey accidents happen I'm sure they'll correct it they have more than enough time. WOW was I wrong when it was reported to them by the coach last week they told her that they could not have it in time due to shipping. I oh no problem I can drive the 1 hour and 40 minute drive one way to Crystal Lake. So I call to make the arrangements just to find out that they snail mailed a replacement shirt from the vendor REALLY!!! NEWS FLASH the offer expedited shipping. Oh but they assured me the they would ship the completed shirt on friday three days after the game. So now I'm working with a local printer to fix their mess so my daughter will have her shirt for the game. I will definately express my opinion to the principal and school board this is definitely not how you do business. They should have corrected this in time!! read more

I ordered helmet decals for my mens football team and the quality was great. When I got the box I noticed that the price they charged me for the shipping was about $40 over what they actually spent shipping it to me. They did NOT contact me to let me know there was a difference. I then called them to order award decals and explained the shipping dilemma and told them to just use the difference of the shipping toward my new order. It just bothered me that they didn't contact me and were just going to keep the money. I sent my image over email and explained that I needed the decals ASAP. The quickest they could ship it was one week. I said no problem and I would pay for the rush order. 3 days later I get a call saying that they never received the image and I asked them why they didn't contact me sooner. They replied "when you didn't get the confirmation email, you should have known and contacted us back". I sent the image again and they received it. I used the EXACT SAME email address the second time. So this means there was no error on my part on sending the email. After they lost the email they claimed they never received it. Then they said that if I wanted it "guaranteed in a week, that I would have to pay the extra shipping. I expressed that the consumer (which's me) should not have to pay the extra shipping since they waited so long to email me back that they never received the image. This went on and they kept pointing the finger back at me. Customer service is horrible and I will not ever use them again. If you order from here, make sure that you check all your expenditures and follow up on "everything". Ordering online is supposed to be quick and easy. They made it difficult and stressful. read more
