He asked if he could see the graphic and gave me the email address to send it to. He then pulled it up on the computer, adjusted it to my liking and told us to return in about 20 minutes. As soon as we returned, he actually had two graphics printed out. He color corrected the graphic that I sent and asked which I preferred. I appreciated him doing that and I chose the graphic that looked the best. The T-shirt turned out great!!! Recent name change from Martin Screen Printing to MSP Design Group. The name change stems from the company being sold off Summer/Fall 2015. The most recent experience my son's swim team. TIDE has a contract with MSP for them to supply all T-Shirts, hoodies, hats etc with team logo's. They set up an online store for ordering that I have yet to use, but have heard it works well. If you need to drive to their office the GPS will lead you to the front door, well sort of. Be prepared for the turn off onto the VB Blvd frontage Rd. There is visitor parking right up by the door. There is also off street parking. The products we have purchased so far have been of good quality. A logo modification was handled upon request in coordination with the team to improve visibility. After multiple washes of T-Shirts they have held up well. The hoodie draw string came out on first wash, then second wash and company was contacted and to date are looking into it. The service has been strong and professional. On both occasions I have dealt with them directly. First time was CSR Diane who met up at the pool for a delivery. Second time was in the office with Diane, office staff and founder of the company. Every one super friendly. I would recommend for your printing embroidery work. MSP has the products and service to help your individual, team, or business needs.
