I needed to drop off a pre-paid package and was emailed an updated shipping label on the way here. I called and spoke to someone who said they would print it but it was $1 - rather pay that then go back home. I came inside - emailed it to them - they printed it - I paid my $1 and they added the new label to my package. Told me pickup from FedEx was 5pm and sure enough, it was scanned and started moving along at 5:11pm that day. Staff inside were friendly and I also asked about buying stamps and was able to purchase a set and choose from one of three designs. No issues for me - seamless!

If its an important item to you or the person you're shipping to...you better think twice and then go to FEDEX or USPS.

Destiny: yeah cuz it can be anywhere from $300-500. What's your phone number and what's the address? Me: I gave my phone number and said, I just sent out a package two days ago to the same address- And she didn't even let me finish before becoming too upset to finish my transaction. She just walked away and kept shaking her head, rolling her eyes, and talking under her breath all the way out the door. Couldn't even look me in the eye on the way out. The other lady at the desk helped me with my order. I honestly don't know what I could have possibly done to incite that reaction from Destiny. She was probably having a hard day. I checked the tracking today and kept seeing status would be updated once UPS had the package. I called the store and was told they didn't have a package for CA so it had to have been picked up yesterday and blamed it on the driver. At 5:30pm today (Friday) I checked the status and now it will be delivered on Monday!!!! So I was obviously lied to when I called this afternoon! I called the 800 UPS number and got nothing! We had also driven by the night before & saw a truck in the back. He called at 9:30am, the time that is posted for when they open, online & at the store. He called a few times & no answer. Finally, I suggested that we drive by before going across town to a Uhaul facility. Pulling in we noticed the employee entering the back of the building. There was also a woman who worked at the next door nail salon waiting at the door for him. She alerted us that he just pulled up. It was now 10:30am...how professional. We watched as he took his sweet time unloading his vehicle with bottles of soda, and by this time there is now another man in line behind us. He finally unlocked the door & pushed it open. Not holding it open or saying hello, etc. His unprofessional demeanor & "Iron Maiden" t-shirt made me wonder if this fella even worked here. The whole store just looks dusty & outdated...think zombie apocalypse creepy. After he turned on his computer and texted on his phone, he asked how he could help...lol...we asked about the Uhaul truck for rent & he said it was available. He went in the back, came back on phone & alerted us that the previous renter of the truck never returned the key...ummm what?? How??... Any who, after the waste of time from that horrendous employee, we went across town & had a uhaul. Happy ending for us, but I doubt you'll have one if you attempt doing any business with this place.
