I really wanted to support the neighborhood businesses as much as possible especially this one but I was let down twice and I have to explain it here. A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Myrtle location and seeing the long line I decided to cycle over to this location to drop off a UPS package on a Thursday for an overnight. It wasn't scanned until late night (obviously missed the overnight shipment) and it arrived at its destination on Tuesday! Why??? I remember I specifically inform the attendant that its overnight and he said it will arrive tomorrow. Yeah right.. All the frozen home cook food I sent to my mum was bad when it arrived. The next time was when I arrived about 40 mins before their closing time and they were already closed... being pissed off in the heat with a mask on and after checking, again and again, their hours online & at their location... prompted me to search for other options and voila, I learned of the existence of a UPS access point locker close by. It got picked up the same day and arrived the next day. I'm not going to stand by a business just because it's local & small but its a hassle for me. I also feel sorry for other people who rely on this type of business and just get let down without much option. Good luck read more

Wish I could give this place a zero. I went in to drop of 3 prepaid ups packages today on 5/4 and the girl kept giving me snarky replies to my questions. I told her that she had poor customer service and she said that's how I talk. No one deserves rude behavior while conducting business. I went to the UPS store on Bergen and was treated with respect. Plus they charge you to leave boxes for pick up. Go elsewhere! The girl did not have a mask on either! read more

It's very convenient that these people will take your packages to USPS for one dollar. However, you may be losing money in the long run because it doesn't get to USPS for several days. You also are not giving any proof of receipt for the individual package for any tracking system. I would only recommend the service for something that is not important or time sensitive, which is a shame due to the convenience. read more

HORRIBLE. For whatever reason, every package I send out of here doesn't update its tracking information until several days afterward. The workers are atrocious. The woman who was behind the counter on Saturday 4/10 was needlessly hostile and rude. The service is appalling and indifferent. I wish there were a better option in the neighborhood. read more

Please make your employees keep there masks on! An employee today walked all over the store for the 10 minutes I was in there with her mask completely down! Came up right beside me on 2 occasions as well. Please this is not safe for your employees or customers. read more

I needed a package wrapped and mailed. The woman clerk told me they no longer wrapped any packages but would be happy to sell me the supplies to do it myself. When I asked why, she told me they no longer wrap anything due to COVID. I don't understand what that has to do with wrapping anything. When I expressed my surprise that a package mailing store isn't doing any wrapping, she gave me loads of passive aggressive attitude, very polite and very snarky. Again offered to sell me supplies. Save yourself the trip to this location and see the UPS store on Bergen and Nostrand that actually WANTS your business and is super friendly. They wrap packages and are a real package shipping store. I've been in this store before and witnessed the clerks arguing with customers. I'll never go back here. If I could give this place a minus 10 stars I would. This was my first time at this Sandbox location. I had a nice experience only due to Dayshawn. He makes this Sandbox worth going to. He was very courteous, friendly, helpful and went out of the way to help me locate my package. Even though it wasn't there yet he told me what to do and provided much needed guidance to get my package. I received the package yesterday and was so grateful for his service. Make sure your receipt matches what you're actually being charged! I was given a receipt for what I verbally told yet when I checked my bank account a a few hours later, it was almost $8 more than what the receipt said. I went back to inquire and was told it was tax. I argued the issue which had nothing to do with tax itself but about not providing accurate receipts nor telling the customer it's more than what the receipt says. The clerk told me to take a pic of her calculator when I said I needed an accurate receipt to receive reimbursement. A picture of the calculator. REALLY?! She told me I'm not the first customer to complain. I left my name and phone number for the manager to call me but I know that's not happening. I'm sure they're not reporting these additional charges to the IRS either if there's no trail. Total B.S. read more

I needed to quickly mail a package and Fulton Sandbox was the most affordable and the best of the best in service. Originally I had looked for a mail center in Manhattan, however, was not able to gain friendly service. The young lady who helped me at Fulton Sandbox was extremely friendly and effectively reviewed all my shipping options. It was a pleasure! read more

To whom it may concern, My experience at the Sandbox location at: FULTON SANDBOX 928 Fulton St Brooklyn, NY 11238 PH:718-230-4980 ...Was the abso;ute worst. Upon entry I clearly stated to the Customer Service representative that I would like to use the internet services for a total of (8) hours. Doing her job as expected, she accepted my upfront payment (for 4 hours) and I carried on with my business. During this period the manager came in and really gave the young representative a really hard time about me using the internet survive that I paid to use. I took a break and upon my return (everyone in the store could hear) the manager called the representative to give her another verbal thrashing about me using the internet service.. I would clearly understand if I was disruptive, not using headphones, or causing the establishment to lose revenue in any way, but I wasn't. It was at that point that I packed my belongings and left. I would advise any and everyone who ever needs to conduct any type of business personal or otherwise to NEVER use the Sandbox located on Fulton St. There was absolutely no reason on this planet for the Manager to have such a driving strong desire to kick out a PAYING CUSTOMER. The internet service is $5,00/hr. Sandbox located at 928 Fulton St. clearly failed to indicate and/or post ANY sign(s) that the internet usage is limited to the manager's discretion. The public as a whole should and will be fully aware of the biased, unprofessional, lack of proper conduct of business culture that is practiced at the Fulton St. Sandbox location. If this is any indication of how a local small business treats any paying customer/client, it is a sad future for the print, copy shipping industry. When will Yelp allow us to issue negative stars...
