Inside, it's a cozy space with some seating, and as soon as you walk up to the counter, there is a display case filled with a huge variety of options. The donuts are unique because they are literally bite-sized, which makes them perfect for sampling different flavors. We ordered a box of 16 various donuts along with a chai tea; the donuts were the perfect consistency for a quick snack and the chai was very tasty. When we finally got to the front of the line, 2 hours later, our order was still being finished in the back.... I know. You think it'd be done considering it was ordered ahead... Be careful when ordering around the holidays. People were extremely unhappy. My advice is for them to ONLY accept order-ahead orders during the holidays so they're not stuck helping those who procrastinated while those who planned must wait. I have received sandwiches that were completely burnt on the top and the bottom slice of bread and not toasted on the bottom at all. This morning I ordered a bagel sandwich and the bottom half of the bagel was cut in half left. The bottom part of the bagel was burned and someone just cut all the birth part off removing the bottom crust of the bagel. So when you went to grab the sandwich, there was no bread on the bottom and your hand directly touched the eggs. I realize bagels have a hole in the middle, but they shouldn't have a 2 1/2 inch hole. I was told that all the bagels were like that today. So apparently something happened to the product and they were serving it anyway. Then I was given a replacement sandwich on an English muffin, which was cold raw. I don't know who would want to eat a sandwich on an English muffin that isn't toasted properly. When the third sandwich arrived, it was hot, but the bread had obviously been microwaved as the English muffin was warm and soft, but not toasted. When the items come out burnt or with a bagel is missing the whole bottom section the staff blame the ovens. If that's the case, they need to let the manager or the owner know that the oven need to be serviced so they work properly. When people are paying $10 for a medium drink and a sandwich, there's an expectation that it's at least edible. On the bright side, the staff are always very polite and the place is clean. I hate to start my morning by complaining but today I'm going to be late to work because they're unable to deliver a simple breakfast sandwich. I wouldn't be posting this review. If it only happened once or twice, but this has to be the fifth or sixth time that the food has been way below par. I think I'm done with this Dunkin' Donuts. It's a bummer because I pass directly by here on my way to work every day - I'll take a different route to work from now on.

You'd think with 3 staff members and no line in the store, they'd be efficient to get you in and out quickly. I stood there several minutes while the one employee who made eye contact with me continue to make drive thru drink order after drive thru drink order as tickets printed. The other 2 employees were in a trance, fixated on taking the drive thru orders, not acknowledging anything going on at the counter. No sense in giving business to a place that ignores you, so I walked out, reminding myself why Dunkin' just isn't worth it, even if it's conveniently located. This location had very slim pickings on their donuts too.
