Anyway, Walking into this store, the atomosphere was cold, sterile, utterly colorless and a little more than a hospital feeling. Not welcoming "can't wait to get out of there" feeling. The food is so boring and even uninspiring. It's all microwaved the same way, in the same oven, so hot, you can't even touch it for 5 minutes, maybe more. The coffee (not only in this location) is, to me tastless, it's not that its watered down, the flavor is not there. Hollow. After I wet my pallet, I just throw the rest away. My order was way, way too much for the kids to handle. A bagel, not toasted, with cream cheese cut in half, and a boston cream to go along with it. after 9 minutes and a parade of cars behind me, I got my bagel, toasted, with cream cheese and not cut in half. I say not toasted with cream cheese because the cream cheese liquifies making it utterly impossible to eat in a car, No Boston cream, 2 napkins. The drive through kid had no clue or rememberance about the boston cream, The "manager" who was about 20 years old, I ask him for my boston cream, so he put a boston cream in a bag, no napkins, no wax paper. Folks, i know you have to get to work, and you love the drive through, but maybe find your way to Greenwood lake Bagels, they are lovely people, they are repsonsible adults, they understand me, and get it right every time. This Dunkin donuts is just another object that I pass on my way to work. Oh! just 500 feet up the road you have Greenwood lake coffee roasters. Oh, so much better. It s little more money, but you'll see what I mean. They are closed on Mondays. P.S. I wouldn't bother to call corporate. They will only put you on the phone with a 20 year old manager from the store you're complaining about.

I wish I had taken pictures over this past year of the items that they have given me from this…read moreDunkin' Donuts. I have received sandwiches that were completely burnt on the top and the bottom slice of bread and not toasted on the bottom at all. This morning I ordered a bagel sandwich and the bottom half of the bagel was cut in half left. The bottom part of the bagel was burned and someone just cut all the birth part off removing the bottom crust of the bagel. So when you went to grab the sandwich, there was no bread on the bottom and your hand directly touched the eggs. I realize bagels have a hole in the middle, but they shouldn't have a 2 1/2 inch hole. I was told that all the bagels were like that today. So apparently something happened to the product and they were serving it anyway. Then I was given a replacement sandwich on an English muffin, which was cold raw. I don't know who would want to eat a sandwich on an English muffin that isn't toasted properly. When the third sandwich arrived, it was hot, but the bread had obviously been microwaved as the English muffin was warm and soft, but not toasted. When the items come out burnt or with a bagel is missing the whole bottom section the staff blame the ovens. If that's the case, they need to let the manager or the owner know that the oven need to be serviced so they work properly. When people are paying $10 for a medium drink and a sandwich, there's an expectation that it's at least edible. On the bright side, the staff are always very polite and the place is clean. I hate to start my morning by complaining but today I'm going to be late to work because they're unable to deliver a simple breakfast sandwich. I wouldn't be posting this review. If it only happened once or twice, but this has to be the fifth or sixth time that the food has been way below par. I think I'm done with this Dunkin' Donuts. It's a bummer because I pass directly by here on my way to work every day - I'll take a different route to work from now on.
