I feel bad giving bad reviews but this was a must…read more Things that were really bad 1) Flies in the dining room. Lots. 2) As we were leaving, the lady behind the counter was serving ice cream, she licked the spoon--didn't realize we were standing at the counter. 3)Health inspection details on Yelp were bad, that explains the flies! Wish I would've read them before taking the drive. Things that were not so bad but not great 1) Hungry man dish prices match the portion sizes which were very small. Maybe because the griddle they use is very small--not a commercial type. More like the one you have at home. 2) No vegan options--that Yelp review that states that "all you have to do is ask", is 10 years old. I asked. The pancake mix is the kind you buy in the supermarket that is "complete". 3) No milk alternatives for coffee. That's the best I can do. We were better off making breakfast at home.

It had a nice home town feel, never felt rushed, a great place to stop in for a Saturday morning breakfast with the family! Pancakes were great, coffee was even better! I'd definitely visit again!

The ambiance in here is so relaxing, they even had a cute little fire place and book shelf! We didn't get to see but it also looked like they had a second floor! I'm also very picky with my coffee and it was made to perfection I didn't need to add any extra sugar, plus they had free water. It was such a phenomenal first time experience and we both thoroughly can't wait to come again!

I love that they have a couple of tables outside even though there isn't too much space. The beautiful day that it was, it was nice to be able to sit for a bit before continuing on the walk. There are plenty of tables inside, and even looked like there was an upstairs. I got a latte and my fiance grabbed just a hot black coffee. My latte was delicious! Perfectly hot and strong. Unfortunately the black coffee came out pretty cold. Things happen and I am very sure it would have been no big deal to go in and ask the very nice baristas for a new cup, but we were already on our way. Not a big deal and I'm positive it was just a one off. A lovely space that we'll venture back to on our next trip through Warwick.

We came here for a refreshing treat on a cool Sunday evening, and it absolutely did not disappoint. Luckily, the weather kept the crowds manageable -- busy, but nowhere near the chaos of a hot summer afternoon. Nestled in the mountains of Warwick, NY, this creamery has such a charming, peaceful vibe. I first discovered it a few years ago after taking my nephew apple picking nearby, so I was excited to finally make my way back. The scenic drive alone is worth it. On this visit, they were serving customers inside only, but during peak summer days they also open the walk-up windows, which seems like a smart system for handling bigger crowds. Inside, the L-shaped counter setup helps keep the line moving efficiently even when there are multiple groups waiting. One thing I truly appreciated as someone with a gluten allergy was how clearly they labeled the gluten-free flavors on the menu. It made ordering stress-free and saved me from having to ask a million questions. Honestly, I wish every ice cream shop did this. Another huge bonus: they allow two flavors in a small size! I ordered the Great White Way and Calf Trax with rainbow sprinkles, and both flavors were absolutely delicious. After grabbing your ice cream, there are picnic tables outside overlooking breathtaking mountain views. It's the kind of place where you could easily sit for hours, relax, and just take in the scenery while enjoying your cone. The staff was friendly, parking was plentiful (always appreciated), and the overall experience was exactly what I hoped for. Bellvale Farms Creamery continues to live up to the hype, and I already can't wait to go back.

I had never been here before, so I went in completely blind, but the second I got out of the car, I understood why people come here. First of all: parking on BOTH sides of the street. Say less. Nothing ruins a cute little ice cream trip faster than circling for parking while your will to live slowly leaves your body. Then there's the smell. The scent wafting through the air should honestly be studied because it had me floating toward the building like a cartoon character following a pie cooling on a windowsill. I'm not saying the aroma dragged me in against my will...but I'm also not *not* saying that. Inside, the shop is set up in an "L" shape, and they have the flavors posted both outside AND inside, which I deeply appreciated because nobody needs the chaos of 14 people trying to read one tiny menu while pretending they're ready to order. They let you sample flavors before committing, which is dangerous for someone like me because suddenly I become an ice cream sommelier. I ended up getting Bellvale Bog and Calf Trax and let me tell you: absolutely worth it. 10/10. No notes. And somehow it gets even better once you walk back outside because there are picnic tables with a view that is genuinely stunning. Like, annoyingly picturesque. The kind of view that makes you stop mid-bite and rethink your life choices. For a completely spontaneous stop, this ended up being one of the highlights of the day. I will absolutely be back, and this time intentionally.
