They now have an order minimum for delivery which is fine except you don't know that until you get to the end & try to pay, only to find out that the $7 chairs you need are now $27/chair so that you meet the $400 minimum. Shady IMO. But the worst part is that, when you call to see if there's an option to pay a delivery fee for a smaller order, instead of getting a helpful & friendly person on the line like in the past, you get a woman who flippantly says, "Yep, that's how it is...if you don't like it, then don't use us!" Oh well, Bounce House Sanford is cheaper, has free delivery, & the staff is very helpful & friendly. Good riddance FTE...you were great, until you weren't.
