Not bad. There's a bunch of different activities in this fun park. I'd say the age limit would be around 9 or 10, so if you have kids younger than that, you're good to go. I took my 5-year old and she loved it. There were some trampolines, ball pits, rock climbing and a ball playground. My kiddo could navigate the park pretty well, but there were a few things, like the rope swing, and the hamster balls that were just meant for the older kids. Overall the park was pretty clean, but there was an area with the plastic axe throwing (see photo), where the wall was torn to shreds, and it made me feel like the owners don't care about the state of their park. There's also an obstacle course-like area that needs updating for safety and for easier navigation. My kid wants to come back, so I may take her, but there are better indoor play places close by. read more

This place was a bit of a drive for me but the kids found this place on line and wanted to go. Let me just say not really worth the drive i took but i purchased the unlimited pass so we got a chance to complete everything including the arcade games in 1 hour and a half. You are allowed to bring outside food in because they don't sell food, other than that the kids may or may not like it, let them be the judge. read more

Great place to host a birthday party fodd kids. The playground was pretty fun even for adults. They had a variety of adventure courses similar to ninja warriors and gladiators. Trampolines were fun too and plenty of kid slides. There's an also a small section for playing arcade games. It has a good selection of adventures like an Aldi's of adventure center that has everything. Play at your own risk! Socks with extra grip are provided! The climbing walls are actually pretty hard especially the cushioned holds too slippery for kinds To climb up on. They're a bit too slippery for kids especially when you don't have climbing shoes and chalk. Their climbing harness are extra safe but the rest are up to question. Food options seem limited, there was pizza and water for refreshments. read more

This place itself looks fun and sounds great, but hosting a party here is a completely different experience. It was horribly managed. There is a "2 hours of jump time," which is deceiving. The 2 hours is actually the reserved party room, and once you factor in food and cake, that alone takes up about 30-40 minutes, depending on the ages of your party. So the actual jump time for us was actually only about an hour. The biggest issue was the lack of support. There was no help at all during or after the party. No one assisted with cleanup. The only thing staff did was put tablecloths on the tables. I've hosted and attended many parties like this, and I've never experienced one where the host is responsible for everything, especially the clean-up while knowing when parties are booked back to back. You're only given 15 minutes to set up at the beginning, and parties are scheduled immediately one after another. Our party was from 2:30-4:30, and we were expected to be completely out of the room by 4:30. No one came to help us transition or clean, and before my guests even had a chance to gather their belongings, for us to get all the gifts out of the room and the food we brought in - the next party had started barging in. Each room has shoe racks, and before my guests could even retrieve their things and move them to the common area, the next party was already placing their belongings there. On top of that, there's an extra $6 per child charge, which is tracked on an honesty system. How flawed is that?! While wristbands are provided, they aren't checked, and realistically, there's no way to track which kids belong to which party in such a chaotic and high-energy environment. People can easily lie about how many kids are staying behind. All you really do is to tell them the names of the people on their screen that are staying. All the kids had so much fun, including my own, which I'm so happy about. But would I ever again host a party there or recommend this to be the place - absolutely not. First time at Fun City and we had a wonderful experience! Huge thanks to the attendant at the "mini zip line". She was so patient and kind with our nervous daughter. We definitely need more staff like her! It's great that the front desk allows you to page a specific person. The ladies bathroom is clean and fresh. Look, I know this was their "soft" opening and only their second day. I'm also pretty sure that this place was supposed to open about a year ago. So there was clearly a lot of holdup opening this particular location. I have a few things to say, so I will just mark it down to the good and the bad below. The "good ish" 1. Besides the disgustingly, dirty woman's room, this place felt pretty clean and looked pretty clean. 2. As of now, you can bring your own food and drink. Not sure how long that will last. This is another good yet not so good thing. Since there's a McDonald's across the parking lot, it seemed like everybody had McDonald's. So it kind of smelled like a McDonald's. And I could see how rude people were already leaving their garbage and fries and things like that all over the place. The garbage cans were quickly overflowing. 3. The kiosk tablets were easy to use, and the lines moved fairly quick. This place was a mad house. So, that helps. 4. For $28 you can play all day. I believe (a parent said this, not anyone official) that you can leave and come back, as long as you have this sticker that shows how long you paid for showing on your child's shirt. That is great. When my daughter was little I would have jumped (no pun intended) at a place where we could play indoors all day, and also come and go as we pleased. The bad 1. Did I mention how utterly awful and disgusting the woman's bathroom is?! This is the 2nd day?? The bathrooms were clearly not updated. The floors were beyond nasty with black "stuff" all over. They smelled to high heaven and the paper towel machine did not work. 2. It's the second day- so I'll give this one a pass- but they only have drinks (in my opinion over priced. A energy water was over $5.00 but I don't buy those- so maybe that's a normal price? 3. If you see the photos I have attached- you'll see an example of the eight electrical outlet boxes that are just hanging from the ceiling. Odd. 4. This one is the most concerning thing, and the reason I'll probably just go to Urban Air next time. My daughter said when she was on the ropes course that the whole thing was shaking and dust was falling around her head. Also less alarming, but still "funny", was that my daughter asked a worker what she was supposed to do on some zip line thing, and the lady just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know ". 5. A lot of the attractions looked cool, but maybe not exactly sized correctly. I think this is a place that is geared towards a wide range of ages, but is really built for smaller kids. 6. Be prepared (adults) to sit with people you don't know who will not mind your personal space (such is life- no biggie) because there are only so many places to sit. Just a smallish section of hard plastic picnic tables that wobble every time someone sits down or gets up. I'm sure none of this will stop people from coming. This place was 100% not ready to be opened. Within the 1st 45 minutes of being there, we earned a trip to the ER. As my son was bleeding from his head, nose and mouth, their biggest concern was stopping us on our way out the door to fill out an incident report. Theyre grossly understaffed. They have no supervision at any of the activities except the ropes course and one slide. For the ropes course they're not tightening the harnesses, just buckling kids in. Some without their legs even through the loops. There are ledges kids can jump off into a foam pit, kids are jumping off the ledge before the kid in the foam pit gets out. The place is filthy. Garbages are overflowing, the bathrooms are disgusting, there is dust everywhere and exposed electrical hanging from the ceiling. Hopefully they get it together because someone is going to be seriously hurt here. I recently hosted a birthday party for my child at Fun City, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience. We spent over $500, hoping to provide a fun and memorable day for my kids, but instead, we were met with terrible treatment and disregard for our safety. We were racially profiled the moment we arrived. My guest and I were made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable by the staff, which was incredibly upsetting. It was clear that they treated us differently, and this was not only frustrating but also hurtful. We had hoped for a fun, inclusive environment, but instead, we felt singled out. The line was extremely long as soon as we got there. I, as the birthday boy's mother arrived early, so I would be able to greet my guest when they arrived on time was told I needed to wait for my party time that they were setting up the tables. Only to find out that apparently I booked a table amongst the tables in the general public with two signs on them that said reserved for my son. $500 to sit where everybody else is sitting is absurd. If that would be the case, why not just pay for each kid individually to have unlimited jump and pick a table to sit at. I did express my frustration with not making it clear that this is what was taking place so the manager moved us to a room. Mind you a room and a table in the general public are the same price. Now that we're 10 minutes behind schedule, considering my kids only get two flat hours to jump eat pizza and sing happy birthday. They finally gave us the tablecloths to put on the tables. Did not once offer assistance to help put the table cloths on the table after making it clear that that is something that they provide. At this point, I guess have now waited 20 minutes for socks. Our host kept reminding us that his iPad wasn't working so he could not see the waiver form that all of my guest had filled out to prevent wasting time. Each gas that showed up head at least a 10 minute wait or greater for socks. On top of that, the state of the venue was appalling. The bathrooms were filthy, with overflowing trash cans and unsanitary conditions. The overall cleanliness of the facility was a concern, and there seemed to be no effort from the staff to maintain a safe, clean environment for guests. The mop water that they are mopping the place with smells like it has not been changed in weeks. They allow you to bring your own food, which is another reason why I would suggest not booking a party and just getting a table and doing your own thing. They order the pizzas for the party from Domino's and they give you two boxes of Capri Suns. The pizzas from Domino's are $6.99 mind you they charge you $15 a box and two dollars a box for Capri Sun. It's not stated to you that you can bring your own food but just use this as a future reference. To make matters worse, when we voiced our concerns, the host and other workers were completely uninterested and unconcerned. They showed no urgency in addressing the issues, nor did they offer any apology or solution. It was as though they didn't care at all about providing a good experience, despite the money we had spent. When I talk to the manager, he seemed as if that's just the way things are. Once it was time to pay, I paid in cash. Three different people counted the cash as if I was giving them fake money or as if I was trying to short them. The party host did not participate in anything in the room. But he was sure that we needed to clean up 20 minutes early to ensure we were out of the room on time. Mind you there was a party going on next-door that was getting excellent service. The party host was involved. As we walked past, we could see the party host cutting the cake and they were in their party room well past the two hour schedule time. When I brought this to the attention of the manager. He stated it was because there was no party after. The room that we were in was empty an hour after we left still. So technically one hour of my two hour party was spent waiting for socks and cleaning up. read more

Safety, supervision by parents and staff needs to improve. when you first walk in, there is an immediate concern of, " how safe is this place?" we will not be returning. there is a zip line to which I watched numerous kids complain about their necks post attempt. A kid threw my kid off a stair block by grabbing both of his shoulders and throwing him down hard. Zero supervision by staff here. This is not the same quality as jump zone or sky zone. Almost none of the parents follow the rules of no shoes on mats. Tons of kids are just dropped off without supervision. had a kid smell of marijuana just randomly walking in circles and looking at people's belongings. There are super sharp green zip ties on all the foam boarding most equipment that can easily be jumped into. watched a child injure the neck area just past the ball pit on a ramp type thing. adults were slamming young kids in the ball bubble area. A few other teens were prohibiting the use of the ball pit area as apparently they lost their phones in it. Lots of music with profanities in front of young children. this place looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Will not be returning. This is not a real trampoline park. The lack of safety and concern and supervision screams at this place. worth the drive to jump zone one town over. that zip line will cause spinal injuries and death.
