My friends son had his birthday party at Epic Air. I will say my first experience at a trampoline park for a party. It was a good experience overall. The staff was really friendly as we came. All the kids scarfed down the French fries, chicken strips, and I was very surprised how pizza tasted. It was pretty good for a non pizza place. The different trampoline types they had ensured that the kids all were entertained. They really liked the dodge ball and how the person talking the game through did.

Came today as it's teacher institute day so they had special $17/2 hrs so brought my 3 since COVID has made them into vampires and they won't go outside to play. Place was empty so my kids had free reign and they have been nonstop cleaning every area since we have been here so definitely on top of everything! My oldest started complaining that was getting hot and the staff right away went over to the air and turned it up! Very friendly and respectful as well! Still don't think the price is good as even with the discount it was $45/3 kids but we don't frequent much so I guess we can splurge for a day of getting those muscles moving! Think only time we were here prior to this was a school fundraiser night but still fun place and I guess when you think about it the cost is still cheaper then a day at the arcade!

Giant inflateable slide and landing pad!

First time bavk here in a few years. I go to urban air frequently as well. Thi splace has a different vibe but definitely has its perks. The back half is a giant inflateable city for kids to olay in . I havent seen an area like this before and is really unique and a ton of fun for the kids and adults alike! The toddler only time for 6 and under from 9-11 is so clutch and awesome! perfect to get your kittle ine tired out for nap time and a great way for tthem to socialize in a safe fun environment. The staff was very freindly and I will definitely be back!

When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

My kids and I have never been here. We were told by friends who went to the orland park location…read morethat they had all these amazing attractions my kids would love, so we went. We looked at the website for info on pricing, hours and so forth. We get to the venue, walk up to the counter to purchase the ULTIMATE (highest tier) ticket and notice a sign on the front desk that was NOT advertised on the website! 5 BIG attractions were "not working". Bowling was completely gone due to construction, dodge ball, and more. Again! None of this advertised or else I would have went elsewhere. Now the real problem starts with the staff here! This establishment got really busy with smaller kids that followed the 58" and under height requirement. Now I am all for kids of all ages enjoying spring break and what not.... Until they become reckless. There was a group of 10 boys clearly in their teens running through this place like a tornado! They were getting addressed by parent after parent after parent! They were whipping little kids in the face with balls in the ball pit, they were whipping ADULTS with these balls while trying to hit every kid in sight! They were climbing ABOVE the structures where you're clearly not supposed to go. Not only is it a danger to them but it was a danger to all of the kids they were dropping down into the ball pit on!!! When they were yelled at by adults, they'd mouth off. When we informed management for the 3rd of 4th time, (two girls that could not have been much older than the boys who were causing an issue) they were walking towards the boys giggling. Multiple parents watched this play out unfortunately. All these "handsome young men" were laying the charm on thick all while laughing, smiling and of course talking their way out of getting reprimanded... soon the managers were smiling and giggling with them and just like that! There went the managers and the boys back to terrorizing little kids and knocking everyone around in every attraction, but this time more cocky because they just got out of getting kicked out. Finally, after being confronted ANOTHER time about these teenagers, the managers were yelled at again as to why these boys were still here while still doing the same thing after hitting a mom in the face with a ball. All these moms stood by and told management to stop flirting with these boys, to do their job, and kick these boys out! The girls proceeded to do so, while having difficulty and stating numerous times, they aren't listening to them and or leaving......( Urban Air, train your management what to do in situations like this and hire older management that will be older than the people they may have to potentially kick out!!!) After 4 hours of trying to get them out, they were finally gone while yelling see you tomorrow babe to management... Next: concession stands! 1. It was spring break and this place was EXTREMELY understaffed! Always plan to be busy rather than slow and be struggling to keep up. 2. I'm sorry and don't want to assume anything but this kid with extremely curly longer hair seemed like he was stoned and or didn't know what he was doing. They were out of EVERYTHING! Spring break and NOTHING was stocked or made. He used his bare hands, he then went to make a pretzel because they were out, and fondled it so much while presenting it to a mom friend of mine, it had finger holes in it. I watched him drop someone's cheese on the ground, pick it up, and handed it right to him! Someone in front of me asked if they had popcorn and he goes "I don't know if we have any, there's non in there". The mom in front of me then asked if he could make some more and he just looked at her with confusion! I brought 3 kids here (1 being a baby) I asked a staff member where the changing tables were at and he informed me "he didn't know because they're remodeling and he doesn't know where or if they put them back up yet". None of the hand dryers were working, all the bathrooms smelt like urine & etc. Will not be coming back to this location . Higher management needs to get in here and clean this place up!

Fun spot to burn off some energy…read more Randomly have stopped by a few times midweek...when it is far less crowded and grabbed a Groupon to make it more affordable and for that price it's not bad at all. Sure certain areas are closed at certain times but while we are usually there they eventually open them up. Not had any issues. A lot of the equipment you can tell has been used pretty good, but just like with anything still should watch your littles at all times. I would try to avoid weekends if possible. Lots of parking. They have dot ice cream that isn't dippin but still good...so bonus!

The good: - Once your kids get the hang of the self-latch system, they'll be able to climb safely without close supervision. - There are lots and lots of climbing walls and some have unique features. It's very entertaining for climbers over 48". - They have a drinking fountain. - They have hand sanitizer dispensers. The bad: - Many areas were shut down. We couldn't do the ninja course because "something is leaking from the ceiling" in one of the areas. Some features on the climbing walls (like the wheel you turn to bring a trapeze thing closer to a ledge) are broken. - They are severely understaffed. When we visited on Monday, Aug. 11, the ropes course was only open for a few minutes, as was the wall-hang slide. Because those areas require employees and there weren't enough people to work them, they were closed off for the bulk of our visit. - It's a bit expensive. I feel like I'd pay the $30 per kid if they had access to everything, but between the broken attraction and the areas shut down because of staffing issues, the price felt steep. - There's not a lot of seating available if you're a parent who just wants to watch. There are a few benches, but you can't see large sections of Funtopia when you're sitting there. I was hoping to do some work on my laptop, but there were no tables near the benches. - If you leave, you cannot re-enter once you leave the building, so hunger may become an issue as outside food is not allowed. I'd love to come back here with my kids, but I hope they have enough staff to keep all the attractions running and I hope they fix the "something leaking" on the ninja course. I got the sense that this was a place run by teenagers and the owners may be absent or uninvolved.

I've been coming to Flow in Rockford for many years, and unfortunately I've really seen it go…read moredownhill. The last time I was there with my friends, the workers at the front desk were very friendly, but they talked us into purchasing the more expensive membership without telling us that a large portion of the park was closed for maintenance. We didn't realize until after we paid nearly $30 that about half of the activities were unavailable, including the enclosed dodgeball area, Supersquad, and the obstacle course. On top of that, the smaller dunk hoop rim was broken, the warped wall was falling apart so much that I hurt my self when I tried it, one of the silks above the foam pit was gone since my last visit, and the inflatable tumble track was completely removed. Another big issue has been Dirty Dough, which is attached and advertised as part of the experience. The last two times I came specifically for cookies, they were "out of cookies." The first time, my friends and I drove all the way from out of town, checked the hours ahead of time, and were still turned away with nothing but a single free-cookie coupon before being sent on our way. The second time, we made a point to ask when cookies would be available and were told they would have them all night. After waiting about an hour, we went back only to be told they were done for the night again. This was especially frustrating since discounted cookies are supposed to be part of the membership. Prices have also gone way up compared to when I used to come, yet the park is in much worse condition. What really disappointed us was that there was no warning about how much was closed before we paid, and no discount offered to make up for it. Once our membership is finished for the month, my friends and I will most likely be going down the street to Urban Air, where you get a much better bang for your buck.
