I would not recommend supporting this business - very unethical. High school students organized a fundraiser. Finally received a check with then was returned for non-sufficient funds. When the booster organization tried to get a new check, we were informed that there was new ownership and they would not honor the prior debts. No way to tell there was new ownership, same name, never posted as new ownership, etc. Very sad when a business cheats high school students out of $250. My friends son had his birthday party at Epic Air. I will say my first experience at a trampoline park for a party. It was a good experience overall. The staff was really friendly as we came. Attended a birthday party yesterday and we had a good time. My daughter is older (13) and she still had fun jumping. There's a big area for smaller kids with a cute little ball pit so kids 5 and under would LOVE that part! Food was okay. Pizza was good but everything else seemed like it was warmed up, then sat out, then was brought to the party area. Party host seemed nice but she was a little unorganized..I think that's just from lack of experience so def not her fault if she's learning. Overall it's a nice place to go if you have small kids but older kids would get bored after a bit. My son had a lot of fun there. Good mix of inflatables and trampolines and place did not see over crowded for being winter break. Not a lot of food options but fairly priced compared for what is offered. It is kind of expensive compared to going to open gyms with trampolines which charge only $7 Vs $18 for one hour. I saw workers just standing around in sections where there were no kids playing, I feel like that would be a good time to sanitize especially during cold and flu season. Came today as it's teacher institute day so they had special $17/2 hrs so brought my 3 since COVID has made them into vampires and they won't go outside to play. Place was empty so my kids had free reign and they have been nonstop cleaning every area since we have been here so definitely on top of everything! My oldest started complaining that was getting hot and the staff right away went over to the air and turned it up! Very friendly and respectful as well! Still don't think the price is good as even with the discount it was $45/3 kids but we don't frequent much so I guess we can splurge for a day of getting those muscles moving! Had a birthday party for my son on 3/5. Here's my review on each item. 1. Scheduling and planning everything was super easy. 2. Not sure if they are still at reduced capacity but it was packed today (5:15 arrival) 3. The check in process was easy, got wristbands and socks right away 4. The party host we had was super nice as was the whole staff. 5. I get it had been a busy day, full of people but it did not appear to have been cleaned throughout. 6. The pizza was good 7. Party trays of food, ordered fries, tenders and mozzarella sticks (not worth the money.) 8. Our host was trying to explain that the sauces available were limited because they were running out....but they would try their best to accommodate. Didn't make sense not to be prepared knowing there are parties etc. Again they did their best with what they had. 9. The fries were awful, they were either undercooked or something, they were cold and soggy tasted off for sure. 10. The tenders and mozzarella sticks were okay. 11. I'm giving it 4 stars because the party host and staff were great. A bit unorganized and maybe frazzled from a long day with lots of people but did their best nonetheless. 12. Husband went there today with our two boys. Purchased 2 hour jump passes. The boys went to a back area because many kids and adults did not have masks on and the back area was open. A worked approached my 8yr old and told him he needed Epic Air socks (he had another place's jump socks on). My husband asked if they were enforcing the mask rule as harshly as the sock rule. The manager made an announcement on the PA about masks which still went ignored. My family left after jumping for 30 minutes. First time bavk here in a few years. I go to urban air frequently as well. Thi splace has a different vibe but definitely has its perks. The back half is a giant inflateable city for kids to olay in . I havent seen an area like this before and is really unique and a ton of fun for the kids and adults alike! The toddler only time for 6 and under from 9-11 is so clutch and awesome! perfect to get your kittle ine tired out for nap time and a great way for tthem to socialize in a safe fun environment. This is definitely one of the coolest trampoline parks we've had the chance to visit. One of the favorites is the Ball Blaster Arena, featuring 3 levels of air powered ball blasting cannons, an array of obstacles and slides to boot! One of the things I really loved was the consideration for the toddlers, in the form of special toddler times and sectioned off trampoline areas. I also thought that the food prices were reasonable, for a place like this, averaging about $2.50 per item. Nothing fancy: pizza, fries, pretzels. They even had bottles of water for only $1! Lastly, this place is better staffed than the competitors. I saw 2-4 staff members per arena, and several manning the birthday tables. There were plenty of bodies at the front desk welcoming people and a few at the food counter as well. Here's what I don't like. Lack of space for parents. Lack of space for comfortable eating. Lack of space for birthday parties. There was plenty of empty space not being utilized that could be converted into seating and tables. I could excuse this if the cost was a little better. Granted food was decently priced, but I didn't eat the food on account of it being junk. The group rates are not much better. The best deal they could offer was $20 unlimited time. Excellent! Except this was a Super Bowl special and not a standard offering. If they could go $6-$7 per hour, this would be the place to be. Epic air is huge and fun. I had my sons birthday here and I got the top package which you get the bigger room in back and has a projector to watch tv or play video games. The workers are really nice and help out a lot so tip them once the party is over. They have a dodge ball war it was pretty cool and then you can go anywhere and jump. The party pizza from Nancys and they are really good and so are the wings. It was a great time they help cut the cake and serve the food. If you host the party you have to buy new socks from them for two bucks but it worth it read more

Came here with my 3 year old son today as it's freezing outside. Immediately my son was amazed by the trampolines/ foam pits and canon blaster. Snacks were priced right! The facility itself is well taken care of and employees are very attentive and alert to activities within the area. My only real complaint was the DJs playing music thru the time frame of my visit. For it being a family location with most kids being between the age of 3-14 the music was very vulgar and explicit. I understand the desire to play trending rap music but at least play the censored versions. Nothing but F- Bombs, Pu$$y and talk about drug use. My kids have been here several times for birthday parties. It's probably one of the best places ever .... the kids are active and jumping around and burning off all that extra energy they tend to have. Plenty of staff and they seem to run the establishment well. We were even there during some unfortunate weather, and they had everyone move to one corner of the building (down off the elevated area where the trampolines are) until the weather warnings were expired and it was safe. They gave us a pitcher of water with our pizza and said they gave it to us by mistake. later we went up to buy dessert and we had spent over $300 and my sister asked for a cup of water and said she would pay for it. Brought my girls for the first time to the Friday night deal. Three hours of jump plus pizza and drink for $20 (socks were an additional $2) I was pleasantly greeted by Jessica and the atmosphere was nice. There were several places for parents to hang out and be as close or far away from the kids as they choose. The snack bar was reasonably priced and food was good. This trampoline park was fun for the kids. I have been to one another trampoline park and there was not much differemce between the 2. It had a foam block pit the kids jump in, trampolines everywhere, basketball hoop on trampolines, a toddler play area and a box in the middle called cageball. It has 2 hoops on either side with a big piece of plexi glass in the middle the object is to throw the ball over the glass and into the hoop. I feel these parks are pricey. It was $12 for first hour and $6 each addtl hr tues-fri. $7 each addtl hour sat and sun. You are also required to wear their socks and they will cost you $2 a pair. Epic Air Voucher Program with U46: On September 16 I took my twin Kindergarteners to Epic Air because they received a voucher for a free hour of jump time from their classroom teacher for Positive Behavior. They attend U46 and the vouchers were printed specifically for distribution at U46 schools. This was our first (and last, coincidentally) visit to Epic Air. When we arrived on Saturday, Sept. 16 we were told Epic Air had changed their policy and as of Sept. 15 and would no longer accept the vouchers. Our vouchers were issued Sept. 15 and didn't expire until September 2018. I asked for any type of discount and they refused. I feel that denying entry to students who earned these vouchers was the incorrect way to handle this situation. Regardless of misuse they perceived via the distribution of the materials, they should have honored the vouchers that had already been rewarded to students. My children were crying and hurt and I took the opportunity to teach them about what poor leadership and bad management look like. We'll not visit again. read more

I bought a groupon for my daughters birthday. She always wanted to have her party here but it is pricey. The groupon was great! The host was great and I barely had to do anything.
