All the staff are super nice and welcoming with great attitudes and professionalism! They have a cute section for the kids to play in the meantime they're waiting. The staff also make my kids feel welcome and talk to them and relax them making them feel not scared since I know my toddlers be scared when getting treatment done. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Fun Dental 4 Kids (Dr.Yoo's office), with their billing practices, professionalism, and their recommendations for unnecessary dental work. First, they overcharged me. Despite my efforts to clarify, I was given conflicting information, which forced me to escalate the issue. After months of appeals, the Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) confirmed that I was overcharged and I would be refunded for the overcharge by my healthcare providers for Dr.Yoo's billing mistake. To make matters worse, at my last visit, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, also the dentist told me my daughter needed additional dental work, which would cost extra. Wanting to make the best decision for her, I got a second opinion from another dentist--who told me the procedure wasn't necessary but just an optional preventive measure. It felt like an upsell rather than a genuine concern for my child's dental health. This office has proven to be both untrustworthy in their billing and questionable in their care recommendations. I would not return and strongly advise others to not come here and check their bills carefully if they do. read more

The staff at fun dental in Bell were so helpful and nice. I was going to a different place for my son for a couple months and they would drag out the process. Here at fun dental they were able to do everything he needed in one visit. Which I think Is good for working parents like myself and also for the children so that they don't keep have to get nervous visit after visit. Dr Park, Angie and Zitlday were so caring towards my sons needs and always made sure to make sure he was comfortable and asked how he was feeling. Also getting and appointment was so easy, I called Monday and they had 2 openings for the next day. Save your time and money! This place is no good. I made an app for my daughter at 11am. The place looked busy and the waiting area was really crowded with no place to sit. I asked what was the eta waiting time and one the girls sitting at the front desk said no more than 30 min, so I got the paperwork, again there was no place to sit. I filled it out turned it in and she charged me right away the consultation fee. I asked her again what was the eta looking like she said 30 min. I arrived at 10:50, I look at my phone and it's 12:20!!! Are you kidding me!!! I went up to the front desk, a different girl was there and she said the eta was about an hour! How is this girl going to make me wait another hour after waiting, she then said they're busy on Saturdays. I wouldn't mind the wait but the fact she lied and was not honest about the wait time is ridiculous! If I would've known I would've reschedule. They are not considerate about their time just their money. To top it off, once they call you in they do xrays and make you wait another 30 min!!! I spent my Saturday all day here. read more

I got an early appointment i didn't have to wait long in the waiting room thats a plus everything is mostly digital too with the signatures and consents. They have a playground atmosphere for the kids which in really comforting and inviting for them. They also play movies for the kids too. What i really liked is that they gave us an option to do the procedures right then and there instead of having us schedule another appointment for another day. I got referred to Dr. Yoo through a mutual friend of mine. I felt a bit awkward going into a kids dental office as an adult but the quality of work was amazing. I had to get two crowns done at the same time getting orthodontic work from another ortho. My well known ortho complimented me on how well my dentist did my crowns.
