The staff here is always so sweet and helpful. I've brought my son here from the time he got his first tooth he's 10 now and has all his adult teeth. The Doctor is knowledgeable and breaks down the treatment so you understand what's going on. The Doctor allows you to be in the room with your child while he does the treatment (not everyone does this). My son isn't the easiest patient the Doctor and staff let us take as much time needed to get it together. I was scared of our kids being brought here because anytime my spouse and I take our children to the doctor, they freak out and leave crying. My husband brought our children here and said he was "pleasantly surprised" that they were so patient with our children and that the kids left happy. Dr. Martinez is the best. Don't go anywhere else I promise you this Is who you want for your child's dentist. I was new to the area and my son needed some dental work, I went to 5 different offices and no one cared as much as he did and had a realistic plan. Took my son for a dental checkup. Upon arrival I was greeted by extremely loud music, which makes it seem like you're in night club instead of a pediatric dental office. Before the dentist asked any questions, he made a comment about "too many sugar drinks". Im not quite sure if it was directed to me or someone else because he did not make eye contact. He then stated that my son had a major infection and needed several extractions. He offered to begin treatment right away without much explanation and little room for questions. I left and took my son for a second opinion where I was told he did not have an infection and did not need extractions. read more

First time here with my kids. So far so good. They speak both English and Spanish and now accept adults. They are quick to take you in and very straight forward with you. Plus they make sure to check with the insurance to see if your covered before charging you a arm and leg. Oh and when i called for the appointment we got it right away. I brought my daughter for a a regular check up. X-rays where taken. The dental assistants are really nice but the dentist was not professional at all. I wasn't asked to go in the room for my daughter to get her exam I had to ask and they kinda made it a big deal. Like I'm her mom and I want to know what the dentist has to say. The dentist did not great me or introduce him self. He made no eye contact. As soon as he walked in he looked at the computer then at my daughters mouth and he was about to leave when I asked if my daughter was cavity free or if she needed anything. All he said was "no cavities" and quickly walked out. I would expect to get Oral hygiene instructions and know how are her gums looking. I would of left this office a 1 start but since the rest of the staff was nice I decided to rave a 2 start. read more

Ever since Dr. Martinez went to work there I switched my kids here. My 3 yr Old LOVES the dentist since her 1st visit (with Dr. Martinez). My 8 yr old still has a hard time due to the bad experience he had when he was a toddler at another dentist but Dr. Martinez always calms him down and talks to him during any fill he has to get done. Absolutely love their service. He doesn't perform any unnecessary work that my kids don't need and if they have a procedure done he always gives you his info for a follow up or any concerns a parent would have. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TINY TOTS DENTAL. read more

Very unprofessional!! I took my nephew a few weeks back to get a check up, and the girls in the front were talking up a storm and do not do their work. Its so annoying to have to sit there and listen to their personal issues!! Especially the manager! I usually don't leave reviews at all. But this place is great. It's chill and the front office staff is friendly. They dont make too much conversation witch is cool to me haha. But they do communicate with you in anything you need to know. The two dentist assistant that were their for my 4 kids appointment are very patient and friendly. Made my kids feel very comfortable and confident that they could get through their visit. Mr. Martinez is very chill and very honest. He's real. Doesn't try to bullshit with you like most "professionals" he's super fast when doing a procedure witch I like because one of my boys was a little scared. He knows what he's doing and talks you through the whole process. He does wrap your kids legs and kindly asks to sit near your child to ensure he or she does not fall off. He doesn't wrap the child's arms. Answers all your questions and explains to the kids that brushing and flossing is important. Over all I take my 4 kids to this dentist for a while now and I wouldn't change it. I would definitely recommend Tiny tots dental!! read more

My 6 year old had a terrible experience at another dentist where they wrapped him up in a blanket and was so traumatized. Dr. Martinez is quick and efficient and involves the parent which I love! After having a dental emergency and desperately seeking to find someone to see my toddler, I was lucky enough to come across this dental office. Although it was more than across town for me to go to, it was definitely worth the commute to be seen by Dr. Paul M. I do not even know where to start, I was skeptical judging by the city and the looks of it, but hands down this place is the best dental office I've been to. It was a bit of a slow start as there were other patients before me, but from the receptionist to the dental hygienists to the amazing Dr. Paul M. I was thinking it'd be worth it and it was. My toddler was afraid to get the x-rays done and after two attempts, I explained to the staff my son had special needs and they were being friendly and caring and it was definitely scary for my child, but we got through the dental exam. I honestly will make the drive again to see Dr. Paul M. because his patience, assertiveness, intelligence and quickness resolved our dental emergency. I feel very lucky to have found this hidden gem.
