Keith is super friendly and has great reviews, but I did not have a positive experience. I called a couple of weeks ago to reserve some tables and chairs, and had no problem setting things up. Keith said he would call the week of the event to confirm. I didn't hear from him, so the Wednesday before, I called and left a voicemail. I never heard back, so again on Friday I left a voicemail and sent an e-mail. Once again I never heard back and started to panic as it was the day before the event. Keith finally called me back--an hour and a half before the event. He was apologetic and professional, and he explained that he had a problem with receiving voicemails. Unfortunately at that point I had assumed he wasn't going to call me back and so had made other arrangements. It was a bizarre experience and it seems uncharacteristic based on his other reviews. I have mixed feelings about leaving this review because Keith seems like a great guy, but ultimately this experience left me scrambling to find a last minute setup and it seems weird that he didn't call me earlier in the week to confirm, as he said he would. read more
