This place is very affordable which is a blessing considering how much nail prices have gone up. Cheapest gel mani and regular pedi ever. However, there is plenty of room for improvement. The location is very dirty and messy looking. All the nail fillings are thrown down to the floor where your feet normally are and if you have wet toes, some of the dust might stick. The staff is not very friendly and everyone awkwardly stares at you when you walk in without saying a word. My gel was always messy, bulky, I was told "no" even for the simplest designs, tips were never applied correctly and my nails always looked crooked. Some of the polish wasn't fully removed between nail color changes and it left stains for months. My mom's nails were completely destroyed. They left dents on her nail bed and they break often. I will definitely never be coming back here again. I do my own nails now. If you do go, Danny is the most decent. read more

I really like this place. Been going here for over a year and they always do a great job. I really don't get the bad reviews at all. My nails and feet always turn out beautiful. My gel polish always last forever and even the French doesnt peel or fade out, even after a month. The techs are all really good - they have never once cut me or made me bleed. They have a lot of techs so even walk-ins don't have to wait long. The pedis are great - they even put hot towels and massage your feet and calves. Their massage chairs for the pedis are the bomb! The place is clean and they always have the nicest soft music playing. Always a great experience. Highly recommend. read more

Overall my experience there was nice, the staff was very friendly, and I love how my nails came out but there are a few cons I feel should be mentioned. I can't lie to you when I say, this place closes at 8 and I arrived at 7:59 and they still took me! I got home from work at 7:52 and called them (thinking I'd have to beg) to ask if they would kindly take me for just a pedicure, if I arrived in the next few minutes. There was no hesitation, they said yes and to take my time - to drive safely. My pedicure was not rushed by any means. I got the same treatment that I would have gotten if I would have arrived hours before closing. I actually almost feel like I got a longer foot massage. Ming, the man who took care of me, actually went on about how they try and go the extra mile for us last minute customers because they know we'll be back and we mean something to them. I thought it was thoughtful, and he really put his time into making the end of my day worth it. The massage was more than perfect, more worth it than the actual pedicure. I literally never post reviews- let alone bad reviews, but I called earlier in the day to make an appointment at 6. I get there exactly at 6 pm, 4 people came in after me. Three walk-ins and one 6:30 appointment. Everyone else was taken before me. I even told the guy nicely- "hey my appointment is at 6, it is now 7 I have already waited a hour." They told me to wait longer so I just left. I waited a whole hour for 4 people to get their nails started before mine. read more

Horrible ! I went in on Tuesday and got a full set and on Tuesday night one of my nails had already had fallen off. I complained and went back Thursday and they fixed them all . NO MORE CHEESE GRATERS!!!! I am very picky when it comes to my pedicures, but that's only because I know what is and what isn't good when it comes to what should be done. Cheese graters on callouses is a NO NO!!! First off, these places aren't supposed to use them because it's against state regulations. Secondly, when the cheese grater is used on callouses it makes them go away for a day or two, but then they come back even worse. I came here based on Alina R.'s review. She was right about not needing an appointment. I arrived and was taken to the pedicure chair immediately. Honestly, until the cheese grater moment things were fine. The place is clean looking and the people are nice. But the minute I saw that cheese grater, alarm bells were ringing in my head. Lucky for me, my feet aren't too calloused so it was quick, but I know for the next 2-3 weeks I will be using a pumice stone every day in the shower to prevent the harsh regrowth. Then when the guy was cutting my nails, I noticed that he cut the sides of my big toe nails. Another NO NO! When you cut the nail vertically like that, it grows back in a way that causes ingrown nails!!! *sigh* I have worked so hard at keeping my feet nice, but today I think all that work just got flushed down the drain. I hope when I get back to my usual nail tech the damage done isn't as bad as I fear. The only reason I am giving this place more that one star is because a) the polish job came out very nice and b) some people aren't as bratty about their feet as me so this place will suit them fine. Horrible! I waited for 30 mins to get serviced, once I sat the guy started taking care of another person that had just arrived. Wanted to do dip powder but after they sat me and made me wait for another 45 mins I decided to do just gel since I couldn't wait to get out of there. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are using dirty equipment and not sterilizing that I could see.The foot baths don't have the plastic inside. They did her pedicure then made her wait over 40 min before they could even consider her fills. I love the attention they give me to each my hands and my feet. My cuticles are always well manicured and my toes are always so soft and perfectly manicured. I read that the original Owner sold it to his brother and left to somewhere but I see the same guys in here that have been here for ever. The two sisters and the two brothers. Not very happy with this place. The lady cut my nails extremely uneven and she didn't even file them correctly. She didn't even clean my cuticles right. She literally took about 15 minutes to "clean" and paint and my nail polish now has bubbles. When it came to pay, she asked me "how much are you going to tip me?" I walked in as a new customer and was greeted immediately. The guy at the first station did my acrylic nails. They were lumpy and I asked him to smooth them out so he did.
