This pharmacy is the most unprofessional location I have ever had to deal with. I'm not sure if the techs are just overworked or what but every time you call or go in with a question, it's a problem. You're met with rudeness and then treat you like something is wrong with you for not knowing how certain things work. I just called to give a coupon code that I got to see how much the medication would be. The lady told me I had to go in the rudest way and then once I said ok, I'll do that , she simply hung up on me. I've been here for a while and it's only getting worse. Walgreens seems to have really gone downhill since the old days, when it was the shining star of the drugstores. This location lacks any efficiency, stock is usually short or scattered, and the pharmacy department always feels like you're making a line in Disney, waiting for a popular ride. Service is sub par at best, with most of the staff ignoring you or too busy to pay notice. Prices also seem to fall behind that of CVS, with their rewards program being much more complicated than that of its rival. If you fill your prescription here, be prepared to wait and make sure you verify it's being processed, as we often show up with no Rx to pick up. read more

This place is a joke! Paid $65 per shot, waited for over an hour for to receive the shot, no other customers in sight, dead on a Friday night. The pharmacist just continued to fill prescriptions while my family and I sat waiting, in view, for our shots. If they were very busy or were behind, the normal thing to do would to advise, it might take awhile....but that never happened. I was just scheduled to give birth in less then 48hrs, so these shots are crucial for my family to have before the baby comes. The pharmacy is really hit-or-miss. Sometimes you turn the corner and you're the 1st one there, other times you're there for an hour. I shop here basically because of the location of the Walgreens, very close to the house. A lot of times I come in to get some Witch Hazel and they're all out. Also a lot of the staff seems burned out and rude specially the lady that works at the photo department. VIERRA IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACIST. Me and my partner went in for the vaccine shots. To make a long story short, we had original appointments for Sunday that we unfortunately couldn't make to...not because we didn't want to make it. I called the pharmacy TWICE to reschedule, and i was told twice by 2 different people that work there to come in without having to change the appointment and that we just had to show proof of the confirmation appointment from the day before. Miss Vierra decided to come up to us both without letting us even speak or explain our situation and started yelling at us and lecturing us like some kids. Repeating atleast 4 times "Next time don't miss your appointment" as if we're not understanding her the first time, again without hearing our situation or even allowing me to tell her that I called THIS pharmacy twice. She then threatened to call the cops on us (LOL) because we refused to leave without our vaccines. She ofcourse didn't call any cops because she was speaking out of her ass. This is the worst Walgreens establishment I have ever been to by far. I had an appointment at 9:45 and they were so disorganized that they overlooked mine and others appointment time and made us wait an extra 25 minutes to receive our vaccines. This store should get complete new management and workers, as the customer service was embarrassing. Stopped in quickly to pick up a prescription but there was nothing quick about my visit. The pharmacy seemed busy for 10pm on a Monday but not so busy that I should have waited in line for over half an hour like I did. I wasn't the only one having a poor experience. The drive-thru bell was ringing non-stop and customer service was being called for over the store's PA system the entire time I was there. If that wasn't unpleasant enough, I was solicited for money at the front entrance both when I arrived and when I left what seemed like a eternity later. The only reason this location has any stars is because despite everything it was at least a relatively clean and well stocked store. read more

I don't have any complaints of pharmacy. I have been there and yes I have waited but I also understand that they are dealing with medications that can be deadly if given accidentally and since it's my life on the line I don't mind. My only complaint is a crazy wrinkled face, red head that works there. Every time I have gone and she's working she's usually arguing or treating the customers rudely. I've seen her mistreat even an elderly woman with a walker. I finally called corporate to report this lady. I really think she has some mental health issues or anger issues. This Walgreens has the absolute nicest employees. The first reason they won me over is because every other business in this area has employees who immediately speak Spanish to me These employees attempt English first and when I speak Spanish back to them are equally as appreciative of my Spanish as I am of their English. This pharmacy is a disaster. Every prescription, even a refill, has a problem. They do not follow up. You call at 9 am to try to sort out why your prescription is delayed, they tell you they'll call you back, they don't. Then you call in the afternoon and the later shift has no knowledge of what the early shift did. It's an absolutely mismanaged department. What's the point of being open extended hours if you can't staff or manage those hours? For that, stick to being 9-5 and work on getting it right during those times. Ridiculous. read more

Worse service I had encounter in my life. I was on hold for more than 1 1/2 hours in order to speak to a pharmacist and I was never able to speak to that person. They hang up on me more than 4 times. It got to a point, that I had all my business lines ( 3 ) and my cel on hold at the same time and no luck. The technicians don't even listen to you, when you try to tell them the situation, they just put you on hold and don't even let you talk. This Walgreens pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I dealt with a pharmacist just now over the phone who didn't give a damn. My grandmother went in with a RX for Oxycodone and they told her they did not have it. I called to confirm this and they said that they do not have it. I asked if there is a substitution and she stated there is none. So I asked her where else can I pick this up if this Walgreens and the CVS next door does not carry it ... she sounded like a robot " you have to try your nearest Walgreens or CVS" well obviously this is my nearest and you don't carry it. I asked if they typically do carry it and if they are just out of stock. She didn't give me a straight answer and kept telling me to drive around to find another pharmacy. She then mentioned that I call this pharmacy back next week to see "if" they have it. WHAT?! Someone who works in a pharmacy should know that if I'm trying to pick up OXYCODONE (pain killers) IT CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL NEXT WEEK!!!! My mom had a major surgery yesterday and needs this ASAP. They seem to be hiring anyone with the degree. They need to consider the customer service aspect where someone will actually go the extra mile to help you and also show some compassion while doing so. I got a hold of the manager since nobody in photo was available. She confirmed my order was ready, but when I got to the store it was all wrong.
