We had a wedding at our place for our granddaughter yesterday- Posh was secured to provide the tables and chairs with China - dishes- dinnerware etc along with the chairs for outside seating around the pond. Never know what to expect on a deal like this - but after my experience and Posh- I think I would really be disappointed with anybody else!! Charlton Simmons simply did an outstanding job- truly professional- more than polite and easy to work with and as Charlton put it- our job is just to please you and make you happy !! HOW WELL PUT!! And you know what- Him and his crew of 3 - did EXACTLY that!! EVERYTHING- EVERYTHING done to perfection- While Charlton was here this morning picking up and loading up what they had so expertly Put in place yesterday- I called and had a really nice visit with Jami Posh to relate our experience to her about what a great job Charlton and his guys do and how pleased we are with their service! Working with Baylie and Posh Couture was GREAT! I was the wedding planner for Grace, who just got married at the Brooks at Weatherford near Fort Worth this past Saturday. :) We worked with Baylie for many months leading up to the wedding, and she was AWESOME! She is so responsive and soooooo flexible! We had to have changed our order at least 6 or 7 times throughout the whole process, haha. But instead of getting annoyed or frustrated, she was so genuine and happy to make the changes for us! Everything turned out beautifully on the actual wedding day. The orders were all correct, and their delivery team went through and counted everything before they left to make sure we had everything we needed. :) They also returned that night and took everything away. Posh got recommended to me by my caterer. She told me that Posh has the same price as Ducky Bob's (actually they are less!) and their equipment was much newer, which was certainly true! Once I read the review by Erika B. I had serious doubts but wanted to give it a try. Fortunately!!! Never would I have dreamed to have the total opposite experience from Erika. The service could not have been nicer and more accommodating!!! The selection of china and glasses was incredible and the tables and chairs were not old and wiggely as from other rental places. I had to change the order at least 5x and without a beat missing, it was done always with a big smile and no extra charge. There was a mix up with the silver ware, I called, after hour their hot line, and within less that 60minutes someone from Posh was at the door with the new supply. The delivery men could not have been more polite, careful and accommodating. All in all it was an excellent experience and I can't wait for Posh to supply my next party!
