Everything about our Barrel-O-Monkeys experience was excellent, except the photos (or lack of) on the their website. You will find a plethora of different bounce houses, however, they offer only ONE view of each bounce house. I would highly suggest they update their website w/several images depicting different views of each bounce house. Currently you will find one photo and a brief written description of the item you are viewing. We ordered a 6-1 wet/dry combo bounce house, which was AMAZING! Due to the single photo we ended up calling to both confirm our reservation & get a better description of what the bounce house offered. When we called we spoke to Reyna, what a tremendous asset to the company! Reyna quickly found our reservation, listened to what we wanted to rent & then explained that the particular item we rented wouldn't work with what we described we wanted. Reyna then happily went over their selection of bounce houses that better fit what we wanted. Reyna was very knowledgeable, most kind, listened/answered our many questions and took her time in explaining the different features of each bounce house. Once we picked the perfect bounce house we could not wait to see the reaction of our grandson. Well, our grandson face lit-up with pure excitement when he saw the bounce house inflating. Seeing the joy & excitement on his face made the expense of the bounce house totally worth every cent. When his classmates & friends saw the bounce house they all could not contain their excitement! Barrel-O-Monkeys in addition to bounce houses offered quite the variety of other things for parties, we in addition to the bounce house rented a snow cone machine, which the kids also enjoyed. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but my experience with this company's customer service was beyond disappointing. Two days before my son's football signing day, I ordered a balloon display. Although I had ordered from another company, I was told the colors that I requested had not arrived. I contacted the owner of this company, Barbara, and my initial interaction was great--she assured me they could fulfill my order without issue. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Several problems led to this review: 1. The balloons weren't ready when my husband arrived for pickup. He waited over 20 minutes while they were rushed to completion. 2. The vinyl lettering on two balloons was warped. 3. The lettering was placed on the wrong balloons. 4. The font on the largest (32-inch) balloon was too small. Since the balloon naturally twirled, the text was barely visible. (I expected a professional to anticipate this issue.) 5. One batch of balloons had helium issues and didn't sit fully upright. The worst part? When I called the next day to calmly provide feedback, I was met with sarcasm: "So, you're the balloon expert?" and "I can't be responsible for the balloon twirling!" No, I'm not an expert--but at $120 for a jumbo balloon and $39 for a small set, I expect quality. Of course I would never felt the need to call if the balloons had been made correctly. I had hoped the owner wasn't aware of these issues, but our conversation proved otherwise. She was fully aware and offered no compassion for my experience. She did offer a refund, which I accepted--but weeks passed, and despite multiple follow-ups, it never came. I've given up on the refund, but the disappointment remains. I love supporting small, minority-owned businesses, and I had future events in mind (2 proms, 2 graduations, an a 20 year anniversary). Sadly, I can't risk another letdown and will be in search for another company.

They were friendly, understanding about changes, and worked with a sense of urgency to get everything completed in a timely fashion. We have used them ever since for our 4-5 events per year-- items in particular that we've rented include pop-up tents, pole tents, portable stage, folding tables, folding chairs, lights, no-blow plastic table covers, ice chests, podium, easels- and I'm sure there's more! At Once is my favorite thanks to their friendly nature, detailed billing, great set up and break down crews, and fair pricing for quality equipment.

I haven't had one problem yet with them or their service or products. They are here when they say they'll arrive and they always answer my questions when I have them.
