Nothing has changed. The entire facility is filthy. Clothes and plastic bags all over the floors. Half the machines dion't work and have an out of order sign on them. So sad the owners do nothing to maintain the facility! read more

Almost 1/2 of the machines are always taken by employees! There are post it notes on the machines There were only 2 rolling carts available I had to bring my laundry in and make several trips! read more

I haven't used a laundromat in over 20 years. I asked the attendant with violet hair for some assistance. Her exact words, "they're self explanatory!" I responded, "excuse me. I haven't used a laundry mat washer in years but with that response and attitude I didn't want her help. I'd figure it out myself. An elderly comes out and says it's not self explanatory if you have never used one. I thought she was going to be friendlier. She snatched the he coins and tokens out my hand and just started putting them in the washer. She then got mad and said you gave me quarters, you need to separate them. I politely responded, "I didn't give you anything you grabbed them out my hand." She said you're right. I WILL NEVER patronize this place as long as these two women are there. Funwash needs to do better. People wonder why no one wants to hire them and pay them. Both these ladies attitudes stink. read more

I should probably give 5 stars but dislike going to any laundromat. I know several places to do laundry in Little Rock. This is my favorite. I typically bring money to buy a drink elsewhere and save a bit. The token system is. Use a $5 and get 4 dollar tokens and quarters. I prefer using my card. I spent tokens without needing quarters as another person stated. Oh, Fun Wash does not do change. Larger washers and dryers let me wash things that would destroy the usual large style. Funwash was exactly what it promises: FUN and WASH. Our puppy peed all up and down our comforter and our washing machine can only fit twin sized comforters and we have a full so we had to go to a laundry center. Not only is fun wash close to our house but it also has Ms. Pac-Man for a freakin quarter. I can get behind anywhere that has a Ms. Pac-Man machine. Instant 5 stars. The walls are a nice popping yellow that really give a nice colonial vibe. The token system is great but the Starbucks down the street does not accept them for drinks so I wouldn't even try. I took a walk while waiting on my comforter and you'll never believe what I found: STEIN MART HAS CLOSED DOWN PEOPLE. Without stein mart I feel a lot more safe and secure in the funwash laundry center. Great fun, great wash, Ms. Pac-Man. God bless this fun and God bless this wash. read more

I was passing through and needed quick laundry service. This place is a money pit. I feel for anyone that has to rely on this business for their laundry services. There was not a clean surface in sight and the low ventilation is a health hazard. I had to ability to leave my children inside our car but all families don't have that ability. read more

Being a truck driver i need a place togo for laundry. I called to ask a couple questions. 1. Can i get water to soak some things in my own bucket? 2. Does the coin machine dispense quarters? Simple right. Wrong the have an answering service that guesses at answers. So they took my name and number. I get a call from someone who fixes machines. He said no to question 1. On the second question he said a mixture depending on the size of the bill. So i will receive tokens that wont spend. He then says it depends on how much laundry i have. No duh. But using ubber i would first have to break my larger bills down somewhere else and then go there. He got snippy with and said i dont have to go there. I think he was right. read more

I've overall had several bad experiences at this location. I used them for drop off service. On one occasion they were locked up over an hour before closing. On another they told me they couldn't return the clothes for two and a half days because they finish drop off service at noon. It was 11am at the time. When I asked if they were closed the following day or something they rolled their eyes and said no. The last straw was when they shrank most of my clothes. read more

Be prepared for their system of tokens and coins. On the plus side, there are plenty of machines, all seemed in good working order (though the cycle selection print on some of them is rubbed off(). Lots of tables, vending machines, rolling baskets, and the usual obnoxious TV. Typical laundromat, but actually more spacious. The main thing that is confusing is the payment system. If you bring a roll or quarters and some single dollar bills, you should be fine. They have a token dispensing machine that takes credit cards, which is awesome, but it only dispenses tokens worth a dollar. On all the machines I saw, the cost was in multiples of 0.25. There is no change dispensed -- there is a sign saying you can get reimbursed for unused tokens by mailing them to a certain address (right!). However, all the machines take tokens and quarters, so if you use a machine costing $2.25, you can put in two tokens and one quarter -- if you have one. If not, there is a change machine but if you put in a five dollar bill, you will get 4 one-dollar tokens and four quarters. Same proportion with ten dollar bills etc. The change machines will give only quarters (four) if you put in a single dollar bill. SO -- it's a fine place to do the laundry, just bring quarters and single dollar bills. Luckily, I had both. read more
