It is unacceptable for a business not to take responsibility for ruining a customer's property. In clearly verbalizing to the desk clerk I wanted my fur throw dry cleaned, I was not informed she was handing me a "Wet release" to sign- which to me anyway could be your term for dry cleaning as I don't know how that process is performed. Furthermore, I don't know why she would give me such a document when I asked for dry clean anyway. Item absolutly ruiend and staff/manager didnt care to help at all. One incident that stood out was when a young white male employee with painted fingernails ran to the door around 4:50 p.m. and locked it while clearly seeing me walking up, even though there were still about 10 minutes before closing. I overlooked it at the time and continued using this location. More recently, an African American woman named Chelsea or Cheisel, who had red-colored hair, provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every interaction with either her or the white male employee has been unnecessarily rude, regardless of how polite and respectful I try to be. Customer service and professionalism matter, and unfortunately this location has consistently failed in that area. I would not recommend this location based on my experiences.
