I went in here bleeding profusely from a birth control my doctor put me on,…read more I left a few drops of blood in the restroom i was going to try to clean it up I was doing laundry on vacation. The attendant a black girl in her 20s was really rude to me, I was like sorry im bleeding heavily i apologised and she just immediately went into the restroom and started spraying down the toilet and mopping the floor. i wasn't done useing the restroom i needed to change clothes so while she was hurrly cleaning the restroom I ended up having to use the mens restroom for changeing my clothes. She was basically rude, in the way she entered the bathroom right after me. So, i was like hey how are you i was being friendly ... wheres a good place to eat " She was like dont even talk to me, I am heated and i was like uhh okk.. She was honestly just so rude to me.. ya know i didn't do anything wrong here I wasnt' as tidey as i could have been cuz i was just profusely bleeding and its not like the place was busy she could have given me a chance to finish useing the restroom before cleaning like crazy honestly she like rushed in there and was just so hastily cleaning and angry so quickly I asked her about a good place to eat since i am from oklahoma city .. And she just basically told me to shut up dont talk to her.. She didn't care why i was bleeding hard she didn't ask if i was ok... She was to busy being mean and angry and rude to care about anyone but herself. Super rude to someone who wasn't doing anything wrong... Simply trying to wash laundry like anyone else... and yeah i was bleeding heavily from a medical condition. and i did try to clean up after myself i wasn't just untidey if that makes any sense i am human I dont deserve to be treated with hate and disrespect anger disgust simply for a medical condition. or being human thats descrimination and ignorance if you ask me If it were me in that situation id of asked the person if they were ok medically needed help i might have given him her longer to use the restroom and wouldn't have just rushed in immediately and i deifnatly wouldn't have been told a customer to shut up and dont talk to me.. Not a good experience in little rock.. at least not at this laundry mat you have a nice day tthanks for letting me wash my clothes I guess.

The first time I handed a cashmere rug and was charged 6$ it was an area rug so not very big. I was pleased- a week later I walk in to wash two blankets one queen the other a king again thinking she had to wash it and I wasn't allowed too, handed it to her and was told 40 for the both- I was taken back on the price a little and said I just want this one which is my king , she said 30 - guess a queen is 10 by the prices she was throwing me. Came back a hour later and it was folded in a bag . Took it home- Wasn't clean- called her to tell her and she said she wasn't going to refund me that 30$ was for her time and the Tide. Like WHAT?!! Even when I knocked over my water container and we mopped the floor. Large washer, $4.50, dryers were .50 cents to start and you could add quarters. Clothes were clean and completely dry. The location is easy to access, very clean and they take quarters. I will not use a place that takes tokens, since I very rarely use the same place twice.

The fancy Hilton hotel downtown was too posh to offer their guests a laundry facility. Since I…read morenever check my bags and travel light, I usually try to do a load of clothes at least once during a trip. The shuttle driver rode me over to the Fun Wash. Let me say it was a trip. I especially enjoyed viewing the old-fashioned iron pressing machine. I threw my clothes in and looked around. The facility was clean and well-run. The laundry lady attendant ran a tight ship. One customer took off her shoes and the attendant was ragging on her that "she ain't at her house and to put on her shoes." Other than one other cracker doing her wash, I was in the minority here fa sure! But it was all good. As soon as my clothes were somewhat dry, I called for the shuttle driver to come fetch me. I really enjoyed rubbing shoulders with the Mid-town coin wash customers and complimented the lady attendant on my way out the door on her managerial prowess. Though some sketchy types were out wandering around the parking lot, I felt safe with the attendant in charge. A brotha would be a fool to come into this Fun Wash and be causing trouble. 4 YELP STARS.

The facility was crowded but still lots of equipment available. The manager Annette was awesome. She greeted me as I walked in the door and walked me thru everything, even picked up quarters I had dropped. She checked on me several times and wished me good bye when I was finished. I came here because I am traveling and was pretty pleased. My clothes were fresh and dry within 26 minutes and I had THREE loads in one! My ONLY complaint is that there are some pretty shady people hanging around at this location, including a few drunks. I just ignored them, but it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable being all by my lonesome. They have plastic bags for sale if you forgot to grab something to put your clothes in, softener AND detergent and I believe they even have a drop-off laundry service. Overall, I'd recommend but keep an eye out for weirdos!
