Parking is free, and there are plenty of spaces when their isn't other events or services going on at the same location. My first visit was for a family kid's birthday party, and we were all pleasantly surprised. The party itself was organized well and had its own area inside one of the buildings. We had our own area decorated (you can bring your own decorations, too), and the food was fantastic for amusement park food. We had pizza, turkey sandwiches, chicken tenders, soda, and punch. We had about an hour for lunch before being released to enjoy the rest of the park. Many of the staff were kind during the party and throughout the park and made the experience that much nicer. The variety of rides here will please most young kids and adults. There are a couple of roller coasters, a carousel, a train that circles once around the park, and many more rides. I'm surprised how much they fit into the park space. There is also an arcade and a petting zoo. For food in the park, you have the standard burgers, pizza, tenders, pretzels, churros, ICEE, ice cream, and more. The prices aren't too bad either. Plenty of snacks and merch to purchase, too. There are also plenty of places to sit and relax, with shaded areas. Especially needed during a warm SoCal day. It was the first time for many guests in our party, and everyone enjoyed the experience. Many of the kids want to go back and have their birthday parties here next year, too.

The quality overall was quite low (everything is plastic!) so we opted to build models instead. The girl who showed us that was enthusiastic and helpful. We spent over 150$ on our custom vehicles; I got cool skull accessories on my truck. This store is better if you want to throw a party than to leave with a toy that will last. I hurt my hand on the swinging door (totally my fault) and I was able to quickly get an ice pack from a staff member. Guests were emailed a complementary pic taken by the staff with the BounceU logo. Cons: not a big deal at all, but I walked into the wrong room once and other people walked into our group room 2-3 times while in the glow room. I don't think it was a big deal but would be good to have the party name on the door to prevent this. Parking was packed as they share the lot with the rest of the shopping center. Child Creativity Lab takes donated every day items (Lego pieces, empty prescription containers, bottle caps, buttons, wine corks, new popsicle sticks as well as excess items from various companies (excess fabric, plastic bottles, paint, pins, tacks, glue, zippers, etc.) and they put them together in a package so that kids can assemble them them and create a figure like a robot or animal out of all the parts. Before COVID they used to have in house workshops, but now they take the party out to the kids in city community centers, schools, etc. My friend planned a service event here so I came over to help out for a couple of hours. All the parts for the project were laid out at various stations and we went down like an assembly line and filled bags with the items to create a project-in-a-bag for each child. If I was a kid in elementary school receiving a project bag like this to put together with other classmates, I would be totally stoked. If you are interested in donating common household items for them to use, give them a call to see what they do and don't take. You can also arrange to do a service event here with your organization, they have people come in every week to help out. We need more places like this in all communities!
