We just attended a party at this location. My kids loved it. It was high energy and the whole group moved together through two rooms and a third party room for eating. Pros: clean, fun, high energy. Bathrooms were clean and easy to find. Staff was readily available. Spacious even for a big group. Organized. I hurt my hand on the swinging door (totally my fault) and I was able to quickly get an ice pack from a staff member. Guests were emailed a complementary pic taken by the staff with the BounceU logo. Cons: not a big deal at all, but I walked into the wrong room once and other people walked into our group room 2-3 times while in the glow room. I don't think it was a big deal but would be good to have the party name on the door to prevent this. Parking was packed as they share the lot with the rest of the shopping center. No fault to the establishment but just allow time to find parking. read more

We came here for a family members birthday party and it was pretty awesome. I believe they have different party packages. The one we attended was for 2 hours and it included 2 bounce house rooms, about 40 minute per room with the last room being a place to enjoy food and cake. The entire birthday group proceeded as one unit thru the various rooms which was nice since you did not share the rooms and bounce houses w others that are not part of the party. Great place to throw a birthday party for little kiddos. My daughter came here for her friend's birthday, and the service staff ran this place like a well oiled machine. Check in was very quick, and the kids had so much fun from start to finish. The transitions from the purple room to the others were very smooth (considering there were a bunch of rowdy children). the party attendants were friendly and helpful to the guests, made sure the kids were having a good time, and went above and beyond to make the party extra special for the birthday boy. In addition to everything stated above, the facility was very clean in comparison to other bounce houses we've been to in the past. A great place to wear out a 3 year old. Lots of options for climbing, sliding, and bouncing await you. Different difficulty levels give entertainment for everyone. The also kave Take 2 style rollercoaster cars and animals to bounce on for the little ones. BounceU is also a good place to have birthdays. Finally, they are father friendly with a baby changing table in the Men's room. I docked them a star because they have one emplyee by the rooms but it is essentially organized chaos with bigger kids over-running little kids. I was in some of the bounce houses and I had to play traffic cop to make sure my kid didn't get hurt. read more

I am extremely upset and deeply concerned about the lack of safety at this BounceU location. My child told me that a man approached them inappropriately and asked to see their private area. Right after that, he walked out through the emergency exit -- a door that is supposed to have an alarm for safety. When I checked the door myself, it did not make any sound. This is unacceptable. A child could walk out, or someone could take a child, and staff would have no idea. My biggest fear is that someone like that man could have taken my kids and no one would notice. Families trust this place with their children, but the broken emergency alarm and the lack of proper supervision show that this location is not a safe environment for kids. I hope they take this seriously and fix their safety protocols immediately. read more

I had my daughter's 5th birthday here. I booked online and later spoke to Nathaniel the manager about the details. I was originally going to do the glow supreme package but after speaking to Nathaniel, he advised me to just add the glow pack to save some money. I had originally bargained for no additional balloons or goodie bags for two 2 Liter sodas lol He probably thought I was weird. We connected a couple days before the party for head count and confirmation. On the day of, he greeted my family and I with a smile. Makayla and Josie were awesome at helping out with set up, serving and breakdown. I volunteered to do a lot of the set up due to me being particular with my dessert table and things. They were always there to lend a hand. All the kids were served by them so the adults could just get their own food. The only downfall was $20 outside food charge per entree. I only charged one for my food since I ordered the pizza through them but it could easily add up for other parties. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. There is no better place to BOUNCE than here. Why? You get private jumping times with just your party goers the entire time. Auto gratuity is tacked on but they all did a super job. This place is really a one stop shop for entertainment for kids and teens. They have everything you can think of but the only issue is they are so popular that it gets crowded during weekends so make sure you book your party early. All events are private events so it's nice but it may be difficult to find a time slot. Their party packages are very reasonable and they handle everything so as a parent, you don't have to worry about anything and just enjoy. Came for a birthday party. There is a parking lot right in front of the store. You checkin and sign a waiver. You start in one room with ginormous bounce slides and play areas. They allow you plenty of time. Very spacious. Then later on you move to a second room with more bounce slides. Each room has a shelf for you to store your shoes. Later on you move on to the dining area. The flow was very smooth and staff were friendly and made sure things go smoothly. I would consider this spot for my kid's bday. Our 1st visit here for a Birthday Party on a Friday Evening. 2.10.23 Party was from 6:10 pm - 8:10 p.m. The concept of the party is we go into 2 different rooms during the duration of the party. 1st room is the bounc house/slides for a good 45 min. Than we go into the 2nd room where it's a Glow in the dark/Cosmic bounce. Pretty cool. A glow in the dark necklace is provided. The lighting was pretty cool. Associate was pumping hand sanitizer for kids to clean their hands b4 walking into the last room. Where we end up in the party room at the end of the party to eat & blow cake. Salad, Alfredo Fettuccine, fruits & papa John's pizza is served. Food was all bland. I'm a fan of Papa John's pizza but for some reason. The pizza wasn't good at all. I ate only half of my pizza & about 25% of my plate. Associates were available and seem to be at every turn. Available to assist especially in the party room Where we were eating at. Love this place! I'm surprised I didn't review this location before because I have been here a dozen or so times! Most of the time it was for open bounce but other times it was for birthday parties! Open bounce is great: $15 for 2 hours of jumping is a great deal. The bouncers are plentiful and even on super crowded days, there is still plenty of space in the jumpers. I'm used to going to carnivals where not only do you have to pay per bounce house, you have to wait in a metered line and it can take forever! None of that here! Kids can jump all they want and never have to wait in line to climb up and slide down a structure. I also appreciate the toys for younger kids to enjoy. You know those little fisher price roller coasters we used to have? Well, they have one here! They also have a lot of little cars the kids can use to push themselves around so that right there will entertain them for awhile. I would have booked a birthday party here but unfortunately my girls' birthdays are in the hottest time of the summer, peak heat and high chance of heat waves. We went to Bounce U for open bounce during one of these heat waves and the air conditioner was broken!! Talk about heck on Earth. I would never want to risk the AC breaking during my girls' birthday parties! It was absolutely unbearable and even if they refund or let us cancel the party without penalty, birthdays are not something you can just easily reschedule. So, if you have a birthday in the cooler months, this is the place for you! We had my daughter's 10th Birthday at BounceU and I just have to say the two host that ran the celebration for us were phenomenal. Josie and Hailey made the whole party run so smoothly. The staff are amazing! I was a guest for a bday party and brought my 2 year old grandson(in his terrible twos stage) who was having a melt down because he didn't understand bounce time was up. I took him out of the party room so the rest of party guests can enjoy their food and he could calm down. The team that was there was sooooo kind. They asked if I needed anything for him and offered him juice. They helped to distract him of his severe meltdown by giving him a balloon and actually playing with him so he can forget about why he was so upset. This Bounce U is close to us and we enjoy coming here for Open Bounce hours. We were Invited to a birthday party recently and had a great time. They had two rooms for us to play in then we had food in the party room. The kids loved it and enjoyed playing with their friends. The only mishap was some kids got behind some of the structure and unplugged one of the inflatables and when it started to deflate caused a panic but other then that it was a great time. You will have to watch your kids as some of the obstacles are more difficult then others. Check online for deals before you come play. Have fun! read more

It was great We recently held my daughter's birthday here and had a great experience. After doing home and park parties, the idea of something that is minimal effort sounded wonderful. That's exactly what BounceU offers- a fun party with very minimal effort required. And the kids have a great time so it's win-win. The people I met with on location and spoke with over the phone were all friendly and helpful. We chose to bring in some decorations and they did a really nice job of setting everything up around the final room. Had my grandsons 6th birthday party today and it couldn't have went better! I have read the 1 star reviews and they were mostly years ago. I would have hated to have dealt with those staff members but today the staff could have not been more helpful! It was very organized and when they say we don't need to worry about decorating or setting things up, they mean it! I couldn't have been more pleasantly pleased! Our reps were Mykael and Kendal. The attention to detail and attention they gave my birthday boy was so nice! Made him feel so special! We were first greeted by Josie which was such a sweetheart, I felt she was a young manager, very professional and respectful, then in the end with Jennifer settling the bill. I understand how some and even me are bothered by the automatic 18% gratuity before service has even been given but in my case and party, it was worth it! From the beginning to end I couldn't have been more pleased. If I have to say something negative, it would be that when I booked, I wouldn't get calls back right away until I called a second time but none of the staff I dealt with today were involved, also the first room can use some deodorizing or airing out. This was probably one of the easiest birthday parties I've thrown. Initially I was hesitant to book because I thought 6-7 year olds would be bored here. I was so wrong! We had 25 kids that had a blast! The staff were so great with the kids and made the entire event run so smoothly. We love that the party is private so parents could relax a little bit and socialize, plus it was nice having staff also keep an eye on the kiddos too. We opted for the glow party in the 2nd room and the kids loved it! It just made the party extra fun. We brought in simple decorations and the staff helped set up everything. Just celebrated my sons 6th bday! I am very pleased and happy we chose this place! Booking online was easy, We got the followup call from the manager days before the party. She(forgot her name :(. was very sweet and helpful. When we arrived..it was not crowded at all(sunday 4pm) Guest check in was a breeze. We met the young manager again and had two excellent servers, Andrew and Jackie for the party. They were both very helpful, friendly and looked like they really enjoy what they do and made sure our party was taken care of. Andrew also was actively taking party pics(optional for purchase later). All the kids had so much fun. The food was also very delicious (it is from an outside caterer per mngr)- pizza,wings,sushi. We went for a preschool play date event, my 3-year-old daughter had a blast there. It was so much fun for her. Their inflatable bounce house is pretty cool to explore, it has some secret tunnel. One huge slide is pretty high there, so I had to accompany my girl to do it. I even had fun myself. The inside is pretty hygienic. Everyone is required to take off shoes when going inside bouncing room, make sure you bring extra socks for both you and your kid. All the bouncing slides are very clean, so is the restroom. A worker was present there all the time to make sure everyone is playing safe. I love this location. It's right next to a coffee store, and 3 minutes away from many car dealership. It will be convenient to take your kid here when you wait for my car's oil change done. Highly recommended! Definitely going back again! read more

Just had my son's birthday party today at this location. I usually go to their sister company but they closed down but this my next best option. My son loves bounce houses. All was good, I noticed all the staff are younger and not sure what to do at times. However all the kids had a blast. Only complaint was having to find my party pros since I paid extra for photos to be taken, they were Mia the second room for almost 30mins which wasn't helpful to me if I'm paying for pictures and I'm having the take them as well as other parents. I had to go look for them. This is our 3rd party here at bounce U. When I booked my party I was told they were under new management. To start off, The girl at the front checking guests in was very pushy about singing waivers. I understand they need to be signed but she kept telling me I needed to fill them out for everyone. I explained to her that their parents would be filling them out, I am not the legal guarding but she kept insisting that I do it. When she was handing out wrist bands to my children my 2yo niece reached out her hand for one too and she told her "you don't get one until you fill out a waiver." She needed to address her guardian, not the little girl, her grandma was standing right next to her, it wasn't like she wasn't around. Next, when the guy who came to help unload the car told us that we didn't need 2 cases of water; he kept insisting we wouldn't need more than 1 case but we know how much water our guests go through. I told him I'd rather bring it back to the car when the party was over than to have to leave the party and walk to the car to get the case should it be needed. He became upset and yanked the case out of our car and brought it inside. Inside the jump rooms everything was fine and the food room everything was fine, until it was time to pack things up. We had about 8 water bottles left over when we were leaving and they tried to convince us to leave them, then made comments about how they didn't understand why we wanted to take the water we brought in home. First of all, it's OUR water, we paid for it, why would we not take it home? Second, it's not your place to make remarks about what I want to take home if I brought it and PAID for it. Lastly, when we paid our remaining tab, we paid cash. We had some change left over but the guy kept asking if I wanted my change back. Of course I do! "Even the coins?" They're already getting a hefty tip that THEY themselves add on, and anyway, after you the nasty attitude I got from the staff at check in I wouldn't want to spend a penny more. Staff was young and the ones at the front desk and in charge of things need better training in how to address adults and children as well. We will not be returning here again, EVER. And I hope they understand that our guests who also witnessed the way they talked to us will also not be returning. read more

We have been here numerous times for either the free bounce nights or birthday parties and every time we go, the place is clean and all the workers are friendly. We recently had our daughter's birthday there and it was a great experience. They took care of everything! We just had to show up and give them our party items and that was it! The party was a success. The kids all had a blast. The staff at the front desk was so friendly and courteous. Sophia was one that greeted us when we came in and she was so nice and great with questions. They made checking in so easy for us and all our guests. Our hosts, Taylor and Aylea, were amazing.
