After the store refusing to do anything about selling an item that never worked. The manufacturer has been going back-and-forth with us, making us send videos of it not working saying the store should replace it.. The manufacturer finally agreed to send another for $20 shipping. So I'd recommend finding an establishment that values customers. Spent $60+ on a wax pen and it didn't work, never turned on or anything and now basically out the money back and have to try and contact the the manufacturer. Don't come here unless you have the extra $$$ to throw away. Also, the guy working has zero customer service skills and generally just seems miserable to be there. Known to many as The Toilet-bowl of the USA as well as by myself........ However to date this smoke shop, Cutija Taqueria and Marylou the woman who trademarked my pixie platinum doo, were THE ONLY THREE highlights of this town during my self imposed sentence there.... Kenny spoiled me rotten at this shop so much so that filling his shoes is going to be and has been a tough one..... I smoke only one cigarette: American Spirit Menthol Light in the neon lime green box and the day they either change the recipe or cease to make them will be the day that I quit smoking for sure..... My smokes are also one of the most highly priced amongst cigarettes as well which is completely twisted since I am a certified bargain shopper not to be confused with being cheap, but finding a substantially below market rate for American Spirits is more than difficult however since day one of when I stepped foot into this shop Kenny hooked me up and had in stock (also a rarity) my poison AND at over $6 bucks less than where I had been getting them in Modesto, CA for the previous 2 years.... HERE's what I LOVE: ~ Kenny..... Kenny is a early 20's younger man with excellent manners, a great business sense, cool sense of humor, kick ass customer service skills AND charisma for days..... For 8 solid months I made purchases from him and witnessed him treat his other customers as amazingly as he did me... LOVE that ;) ~ Incense too....... Ooooohhhhhhhh incense...... I love incense.. it's been in my life since I was a wee lil one running around at my great granny's, great aunt's, aunties and so on and so forth.... I've been to this dispensary a couple of times now…read more I'm kind of surprised that I'm the first one to review it on Yelp, since it already has hundreds of reviews on Google, and appears to have been open for a while. The signage for the dispensary is not great, so it's kind of hard to find. Even though I use a navigator, I've missed it on the first try every time so far. But at least the parking lot is huge, and I've never had an issue parking close up. Staff/security are not visible from the parking lot, but remain in the foyer. The foyer has glass windows so that you can see into the shop before you go in. The selection is okay but not great, and the prices are okay but not great. I would definitely not come here to stock up on a big order, but, in a pinch, I could find something that works. The checkout process here is kind of horrible. For some reason, the staff member who helps you on the floor has to "order" your items on their tablet, and then someone else goes to find them and also has to do their own inventory process, and it just ends up taking a very long time. It's funny because this dispensary is set up like some of the super efficient dispensaries I've been to in SF, but in practice, at least in my experience, they just aren't very efficient. I think the word "friendly" would be a stretch, but the staff are usually helpful. Personally, I get a little bit annoyed by them repeatedly insisting that the prices are low and that the deals are great, because they really aren't. Everything I've bought here has been fresh and has worked as expected. Nothing has been defective so far. Overall an okay dispensary with average prices on average brands.
