No one answers the phone, ordering online has been taken away, and the website is completely gutted. You have to go in and wait 30 minutes in line because they have 3 budtenders working their butts off to get the line moving. Stiiizy apparently bought them out and it's been a horrid experience. Prices are way up, no way to find out the daily deals, if that's even a thing anymore. They took away the rewards program also. So in every way possible, this club experience has gone not just downhill, but through the ground as well. Props to the hardworking budtenders, they're the only reason this club isn't a complete hell-hole. This is the only club in San Benito county and many people from gilroy come here since it's the closest club to them. This location FALSE ADVERTISES! I made a pickup order online, it was a live resin ceramic cartridge. When I got there, they gave me a product with same strain but it was not the same as online. They said it's just different packaging. I buy it, walk out and notice it says REFINED live resin, which is NOT live resin. Even on the sticker on packaging that has SKU says "live resin" same as online, NOTHING about refined live resin. The cart was also METAL when I specifically asked if it was ceramic they said yes. Nobody that works here knows what they are talking about and the manager just wants to hire pretty college girls that know NOTHING about the products they work with. I have been to over 15 dispensaries this is one of the worst. If you are buying something here make sure to double check packaging and walk in, do NOT order online. The worst prices. They don't honor rewards. They say they expire. They put a certain amount when you checkout for online orders and up it almost 100$ more when you get there. After a certain experience with an online order I chose to never go back. I couldn't get to Prunedale where I normally go and so decided to give them another shot since it was my last resort. Once I got there, I was excited like always, but the bartender ruined. The experience not only was she condescending, but she was very rude and acting like a smart aleck. After this experience, I wanted to talk to the manager after waiting for 15 minutes I decided to leave. I'll never go back and just to let everyone know they do not honor rewards at all even if you have the proof that they sent it to you. Also, they condone that behavior and let it happen. They don't care about customers, obviously. I have been here many times, I tend to buy what I find interesting and are familiar with.
