The place was nice and bright and tidy. My 2 year old daughter was so excited when we walked in. She immediately ran to the play area that's secured by a baby gate. We took off shoes right outside the gate by the shoe cubbies (no shoes allowed...great). Only downside was having to buy socks, even with a party. I'd think socks would come with the package (unless we missed out on some free socks lol). The play area was loaded with cute bounce houses and castles, and kitchens. My daughter personally loved the little "roller coaster" ride. The music and bubbles brought the whole party together and was a nice added touch. The party room was a nice size and decorated so cute by the who I assumed was the owner. She also helped with anything needed during the whole party. The bathroom was very clean along with everything else. Needless to say, my baby girl was not happy when it was time to go since she was having so much fun! I'd definitely recommend Bunni Bounce Grove to families with littles for parties and even just for a little play time.

At no point during sign up was it made abundantly obvious that there is a required 3 month minimum commitment. That is a significant term, and it should be clearly and prominently disclosed, not buried in fine print. If that had been made clear upfront, I would have chosen a different option. When I reached out to cancel, I was told that I had agreed to the policy during checkout when I checked a box. While that may be technically true, relying on a checkbox to justify unclear or misleading presentation does not build trust with customers. I understand that businesses have policies, but transparency matters. This was not communicated in a way that felt clear or fair. I hope this review prompts the owners to bring the terms to the forefront of their membership pages and give people a full and transparent view of what a membership entails.

Oh and our two girls (8 and 5 years old) attended summer camp here for two weeks. The Yelp event gave us a taste of all that they offer. Fun exercise classes, aerial silks, ninja warrior courses, a huge gym for gymnasts and whoever, etc. The building isn't brand new but seems to be on the newer side as it was fairly clean (for a gym) and seemed to be in good condition (per my limited knowledge and observations lol). The staff is very enthusiastic and helpful. I might add that they are super fit, but I guess you would expect that in a gym anyway. They seem to definitely live by the philosophy of being healthy and taking care of your body. But enough of that... My two daughters' reviews were closer to 4/5 stars, but that's more due to their expected "water days" being rained out with the unexpected summer tropical storm. I wouldn't necessarily say this is a camp where they'll learn a lot, but it does promote a healthy body and exercise being a necessary step to achieving that. My 5 year old claimed to be watching a lot of movies, but I took that with a grain of salt. She's 5 of course, so I'm not always sure if she's just exaggerating and I get that her class was younger aged and probably needed more rest time. And of course the no water days could have led to more movie time. No worries though as she certainly wasn't complaining. They also offer a Friday night kids' night out that we plan to try soon. My girls are excited for this and so am I as I hope to be a fly on the wall. That's because I wanna go back myself. My husband's party was a blast. We chose to pay for the Knockerball party, and can you say, "hilarious?!" And a bit painful. Kind of like a bubble-wrapped car wreck Overall so much fun for those who participated and for those who watched. My dad posted a video of 4 of us going at it for 4 minutes, and my cousin commented, "this has to be the best video on the internet right now." So long story short, definitely go here. Check it out. Support local. Plan a party here. Birthday, work team building, anything. If the party will include adults, pay extra for the Knockerballs. You won't regret it and will have some great memories. And soreness and possibly bruises, but those will fade faster than your hilarious memories. ;-)

However - the skates are never sharpened, the staff give out the wrong sizes of skates (they always give out skates that are too big - skate sizes are different from street shoe sizes). The concrete is only padded in some areas, so kids are walking on concrete with their skates (dangerous and further dulls the blades). It's expensive for such a short time on the ice. Dull skates are dangerous. If you find skating slippery and scary, it's probably the skates. River Center needs to sharpen their skates!! Pro-tip: parents, put your kids in helmets. Please please please put your child in helmets. Bonus points for other protective gear. Everyone should wear knee pads imo - get a skateboarding protective package (knees, elbows, wrists), and you'll find ice skating is soooooo much more fun.

I love that every year there are tons of families with members of all ages running and walking the routes. It's a fun way for people who don't go downtown much to see the area, and it's a great way to start your day! And another plus, you go down there, you run or walk, you hang around after for pictures and fun, and you still should get home in time to see some of the TV parade and start or finish up your big meal cooking! Best of all, this is a big fundraising race for all sorts of non-profits benefitting children in our community, including Ainsley's Angels and March of Dimes.
