The amount of stink and smell in this place is both astounding and impressive. Every step I took was like walking into your local gym. This further made me question the cleanliness of this place, though I didn't ask if any of that has been done prior to daily opening or periodic sanitizing at different times of the day, so I don't know. I arrived shortly after they opened on a Saturday and it began to fill up pretty soon. I recommend not going on a Saturday and perhaps select a weekday to reduce the amount of stank you may experience after a busy week of boredom for your kids. Add to my experience, a family of obvious locals who blocked the areas where most patrons would walk, and I get the feeling they did it on purpose as a show of force from the 'hood. While there, the lights went out for a section of the building. That is a scheduled and planned light-out due to an hourly attempt to allow the kids to 'party out'. read more

We went for toddler time on Saturday around 10am and honestly I am so relieved there is something like this available for toddler aged kids and younger. We only found out about this from another mom who normally takes her kiddos. We got to Launch roughly at the time toddler time started (10am) and it seemed clean and pretty empty at first but soon the place got busy which was fine for us since our little one was well worn out after a hour and a half. We would love to come back and most likely will. I wish as this time slot gains more popularity (as my understanding is toddler time only occurs on Saturday mornings) that there could be more toddler time options. read more

My son LOVES Launch, we go once a week if he's been good at school and after school activities. The staff there are so kind and I feel comfortable sitting on the bench and just watching him play bc they won't let bigger kids pick on younger ones. My only complaint is it's ALWAYS smells very strongly like stale cooking oil, which turns my stomach. It just blasts you in the face when you walk in and lingers in the whole establishment. A definite sign of using old oil too long. Usually I can't stay more than an hour with my kiddo before I have to leave. It's a shame bc it wasn't always like that. No one wants trampoline park with a side of stale cooking oil. We've been considering buying a yearly pass for a great price but the thought of smelling cooking oil so many times due to a yearly commitment makes me think we should go to the other jump park in Columbus... We took our 3 sons to meet friends at the trampoline park while on vacation in Columbus. This was one of the most fun jump arenas we've visited. It was super-clean and had a lot of areas to play in. They had a jungle gym indoors with obstacle courses, plus several jump trampoline areas. The kids especially liked the organized games like Dodge ball. They had arcade games and good food service as well. If you checked in on FB you received the free wifi password. We found a jump and food coupon today that included, a slice of pizza, a fountain drink, one hour jump pass and a $5 arcade card for $17.99. It was a great value! We will be back. read more

I took my daughter here one Saturday morning for toddler time and she had a blast. The place is very organized and the staff there are really friendly and helpful. They also have a mini arcade there as well, which is great for the kids that really don't enjoy the jumping. lol -Said no kid ever. There's also a little cafe inside. They don't offer much, so if you're super hungry I would just eat before you get there. The cafe pretty much offers the same thing you'll get at the movies. read more

Oh my goodness I did not know this place was so huge and had so much going on inside of it my two nephews one is three in the other six had so much fun here it was awesome a fun-filled Saturday beautiful day hanging out with family those boys played so hard they fell asleep in the car on the ride home and their mom was happy about that LOL we will be back to hang out and have more fun also they turn the lights out and that was so cool to see all the glow-in-the-dark socks it's so funny read more

Trampoline park is amazing however the food is horrible. Granted you don't go there for the food but our pizza was half cooked. Also the employees are not over seeing the heigh requirement for the bigger trampolines. Which can lead to some kids getting injured. I mean I guess that's expected when a bunch of 16 year olds are running the place. read more

My kids love this place, and my wallet loves that they offer a $10 homeschool jump once a month during MSD's school year. It has an elevated seating area for parents, so it's easy to keep an eye on the children. Unlike other trampoline parks, Launch is far more than a large room of trampolines--they have several American Ninja Warrior type courses to challenge jumpers, a climbing playground-like structure, and an arcade. Went to Toddler time on Friday between 10:30am-12:30pm and had a blast with my 2 year old! Indoor trampoline park and obstacle course?! It was awesome!!! Paid for her entry $10 and our socks that we can reuse next Friday while we're still here visiting family. Yayerz!!! No charge for Mommy. They have a snack stand inside with food n drink. Eating area, lockers (bring ur own lock) and cubby's near trampolines. Great exercise! read more

This trampoline park is a haven for any parent. My daughter has been going to Launch for years now, from her Saturday mornings at Toddler Time (a fantastic deal!) to jumping with The Grinch around the holidays to having her fourth birthday party at Launch. Launch checks off all that I could want: in Georgia summers it is indoors and cool (pun intended!). The prices are competitive for individual launches, and there are great discount days (hello, home schoolers!) and frequent-use packages available. Let's talk food- affordable and delicious. I can get an order of fries (all my kid eats after jumping), a pizza combo with an upgrade to a frozen drink, and a Spongebob ice cream, all for $11--but this is not cheap food. To put it into perspective, I know someone who works at Papa John's, and he often orders his pizza at Launch. Now, birthday parties: y'all. It exists: what we've all been looking for. Here you will find the perfect combination of super fun adventure time for guests, friendly service, fantastic snack/meal options, a visit from Joey the Kangaroo, and the piece de resistance- a cookie cake as decadent as it is crowd-pleasing. Imagine Ron Swanson describing a birthday party for his son: "What I want is simple. I give a reasonable amount of money to a business, they throw a party, and I sit down and eat cake. Launch Columbus is a fun place to take the kids. There is a variety of activities that other trampoline parks don't offer. The Ninja warrior course is fun for the older kids and adults. The younger kids enjoyed the larger indoor playground. And of course plenty of trampolines. There are also several arcade games. One of the only things I didn't like as a parent was that they turned down the lights and turned on the black lights. It was a little too dark for my comfort when trying to keep up with multiple kids. read more

My family had a birthday party planned on Aug 29th. I came to the party only to be told by a male manager that my 15 year old daughter could not stay. My daughter was not jumping. We were informed that after several years of coming here there is a dress code. My daughter had on "mom" JEANS and a crop top that showed maybe 2 inches of her stomach. Great new indoor trampoline park. 2 dodge ball areas divided by age. Basketball dunk trampoline area, large general bounce area. Very well organized and supervised. Super impressed with this business, staff well trained. They only allow specific amount of people at a time to bounce so it's not super crowded. We went on a Thursday at 1:30 and it was great. The kids loved it and 1 hour of bouncing wore them out. Will be back for sure. You can reserve time slots online. Also advice to fill out waiver in advance online to save time as well. Launch socks required $2.50 a pair but you can keep them so you shouldn't need to buy but once. read more

My daughter loved it here until she had an accident and broke her ankle in July. I'm not placing blame on them for the accident it was just an accident. I am upset over the way they responded to my daughters injury. One of the employees immediately started icing her injury, then proceeded to tell me about their army background and first aid training as I watched my daughters ankle triple in size.They would not let us leave because they had to fill out an accident report but they were not in a hurry to do so. Then the employee icing her ankle proceeded to inform me that I should not take her to the doctor because in this persons expert opinion it was just a sprain. This person repeatedly told me this the entire time as I was trying to hurry them up so I could get my daughter to the doctor. No one could tell me exactly how this accident happened only that someone else may have been involved. I called them on Monday to see if they could check the videos and tell me what happened, mainly because the doctor was curious to how the break was caused. The manager checked them and called me back to tell me the view was obstructed and they could not see what happened. read more

Cross Henderson is my favorite staff member!! He is always playing and interacting with the girls and boys, while safety is his number one concern!! I've only been for the fitness classes on weekday evenings, check them out! I'm impressed! the cashiers are super nice and not even just yes ma'am etc etc but like compliments and carrying on a conversation nice, all of them! I've encounter multiple since I first came in, love them! The facility is very clean, bathrooms, table areas, cubbies, and the trampolines themselves granted it is very new still hopefully they will be able to keep that up, because it's awesomely clean! and of course any place with high traffic as kids will be easy to because run down and dirty fast and it would be a shame, so I am very hopeful to see this place upkept I have never spoken to the manager but he does seem to be hands on and what not, not a sitting in the office kind of guy I've seen him walking around pretty sure everytime I've been in which I LOVE good managers = good employees and good/happy employees make good works which all in all results in good service and up keep! as for the fitness classes, the instructor Josh is wow I can't even think of the best word to use! He is so sweet, gives you a hug and is so happy to see you coming back love his enthusiasm and with the workout he always gives you motivation, encouragement, definitely makes you feel comfortable and gives you remind encouragement like it'll feel good later and wait for the difference you'll see etc. I love him! the class sounds scary because I know jumping on a trampoline for a whole hour sounds exhausting but, you get a a couple of seconds to cool down before the next exercise and you get a half time break for water etc it is soooo worth it! Both my daughter and I loved launch trampoline park! We went during "Toddler Time" which they have every Saturday from 10am till noon, specifically for children 5 and under. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly! We actually went for a birthday party so I am not sure if the prices differ from what is listed on the site. Place is the worst. Went when it was not at all crowded, so the ratio of employees to jumpers was about 1:4. Kids were taking head shots at other people and employees did nothing. My husband watched an employee use the restroom and walk straight out without washing hands. Kids got hurt and the people working were not the slightest concerned. I had my daughter's birthday party there and it was chaotic. We had a hostess that was not around, she didn't help much with our table and while filling cups with ice, she dropped a piece onto the bench and picked it up and put it in one of the child's cups and I immediately threw it away and asked for a new cup. It was disgusting that a person would do that. She was not very experienced in hosting, the company needs to have a little more training. If I'm paying that much money to have a party there, I would at least like to not have to work so hard to get things done. Not worth it. read more
