Any brightness I do see does not feel like it's from the laser itself, but rather from the brightening serum provided afterward, which makes the results feel even less attributable to the treatment. While Julia, the nurse, was kind and helpful, my experience with the doctor felt impersonal. The practice operates like a high-end, high-volume machine, where treatments are pushed out efficiently rather than thoughtfully customized. Given the pricing, it felt more transactional than patient-focused. Overall, I would not recommend this practice unless you have significant disposable cash to put toward a package deal and are comfortable with results that may not align with what is promised.
