Bought a Groupon and was told that there would be a two month wait to get a booking unless I upgraded my service for an extra charge. Ended up going past the expiration date and complained to Groupon. The owner said he would owner the credit but when we went there he did not and we just used the credit for a basic massage. I gave been coming here for about 6 yrs now 3 to 4 times a yr for massage and facial. They are accommodating to my needs and help with recommendations. I've never felt pressured or mistreated in their services. Dorothy is like a mama to u to make sure you feel great like a princess. Wendy did my massage and I will make sure to always get her from now on. She is the OG in massages with stretches afterwards to help u out. Complained if you used a Groupon and guilt trip you to add on hot stones and other stuff to massage and facial. Even if you said no, they would still do the ads on and force you to pay. First time I called on a Monday, they said there was no appointments ans said they would call back but never did. Called again around the same time on a Tuesday and they had a spot. Claim they only do Swedish and if you wanted a little firmer than a feathery touch, it was considered a "deep tissue" which is extra. Terrible. read more

I had no problems with this salon, till the service happened. I called early in the morning to see if they had same-day appointments and the lady was very accommodating to my schedule. I told her I was interested in the 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial for 2 people. The issue started once we were getting the service. One of the ladies was very aggressively massaging my friends head while asking us to come earlier next time. She said that she didn't know why her boss allowed us to book so late ... our appointment was at 4:30 PM, and originally the "boss" agreed to a 5:15 PM. The lady told us they closed at 6 PM ... they display a closing time of 7 PM. Then she started telling us about how she didn't eat all day, and her husband who's a chef was waiting for her at home. I understand being friendly but this is all while we are supposed to be relaxing and getting serviced. Finally we are done around 7:15 PM and we are paying the bill. The lady begs for a tip, and we have no issue tipping for the service we paid for but my friend said she was just getting shook the whole massage. She did end up tipping but don't think it was appropriate to ask. The deal we found was from Groupon and we like to support small businesses. Sometimes you get lucky with the salons, other times not so much. I wanted to give this place a shot, but if you can find another place, I'd recommend that. read more

I'm writing a review because I have pain behind my neck and head. The lady with the glasses, short hair dug her fingers into the back of my head thinking it feels good. The back of my neck is so sore ! They trick you into getting an upgrade saying they will heal you and all this stuff! They tricked us at the end saying we owe them another $40 plus another $50 for tip. I don't know how they are still in business. I'm in so much pain I'm debating if I should contact my doctor and lawyer. This unacceptable. Don't waste your money on this place. I reached out and scheduled an hour European facial and a Swedish massage for two. When we arrive we were extremely excited my daughter never had a facial before so this was her a moment. And the facials were done in two separate rooms which is fine. I started my facial, and the lady asked me did I want to remove the dead skin off of my face with a Microdermabrasions. And I told her no because I had another facial scheduled for that in a week. This was just something that I could do with my daughter as a mother daughter day. So she continued my facial and she was extremely rough on my skin rough to the point where when I left my nose area was burning and sore and extremely red. As the days went on my nose started to peel because it was so raw. There's no reason why a facial should make my nose look like this unless I did appeal and I did not. I will never go back there again, the lady was too rough. And I don't believe that was the proper way to do a facial. I will never go back to this place nor will I refer anyone here. read more

The establishment was very clean and the rooms are very private. The staff are very friendly. However my massage therapist couldn't speak english. The receptionist had to translate that i needed her to focus on my neck, shoulder and upper back where i had a lot of issues. Unfortunately she didn't focus on these areas, but rather massage my entire body. They didn't ask me for my medical intake which is very important for the therapist to know if i have any medical issue so they can avoid any injuries or possibly to make medical issue worse. Do not purchase groupon for the massage. I purchase one for the massage and they didn't except it so i had get my money back from Groupon. So if you don't mine them not to focus on a area. she does a great job on her massaging. If you don't have any medical issue you should be fine to get a massage. read more

A lesson to management: the whole point of Groupon is not to make money; it is to demonstrate what a great service you have so you can bring those Groupon customers back to your business. This is the worst massage I've ever had. I went to be relaxed and I left with a limp. It was so painful and they upsold me on everything. My $69 appointment turn into $150 appointment. I got the 60 minute massage with the 60 minute facial and they left the room constantly. It was more like a 45 minute facial and a 45 minute massage. There is no way that this lady went to massage school she had no idea what she was doing. It felt like aliens were poking at my body. They also had multiple people coming in and out of my room while I was laying there naked on the table. The door was left open the whole time. Guy doing massage cannot possibly have a license to do so, as has no clue how to massage. Barely speak English, girl upgraded husband anyways to micro-another $30., which I said from beginning-NO! Facial from owner was a lot of continues strokes in same area, constantly pinching g off breathing, believe-owner & elbow lady who walked out on husband leaving him 10 min. Waiting. This spa should be called Modern Day Rip Off. I decided to try this place after I saw a Groupon special $69 for a 2 hr facial and massage, despite after reading a negative review that they had shorted a customer their allotted time. The same thing happened to me today. My facial, was less than adequate. The lady left the room more time than she was in it. She was busy focusing on selling me $10 extra for hot stones with a better masseuse. Then kept leaving the room to talk with the lady that was going to do my massage. I finally relented and said yes to the extra $10. When the facial was done, I looked at the digital clock in the room and she had shorted me 5 min. I was not going to worry about that small indiscretion, then there was the massage with Tina in the same room. She was very good, but shorted me 15 min on completion of my massage and I did not get any hot stones. Very disappointing. I called her on it, she said she would give me the extra 15 min, but at that point I was not happy and was not relaxed. I expressed my dissatisfaction upon check out. I explained the situation to the lady that checked my out, who happened to be the the same person that did the facial, that I was not happy with the time shortage. She argued with me, said I was wrong and then said we watch the clock on the wall located In their lobby. I told her wrong answer, you should look at the clock that is located in the treatment room, where the customer is located. Upon check out, I refused to pay $79, which included the $10 extra for the hot stones, which I never got and for a massage that I was shorted 20min, so I paid a pro-rates rate and still tipped both ladies. Timothy, you were the manager on staff when I made the appt. I want to give you a piece of advice, one way to ruin your business is by giving less service than what is advertised and promised. It is always better to give customers a little extra time than to try short them. Furthermore, I was located in the room adjacent to your check in desk. As you were checking out another guest, it was very loud. You should use your spa voices, when other guests are having a service. You lost what would have been a good customer as I would have hands down gone back to Tina for a massage, but I do not like being ripped off. The facial I got was very mediocre. Got a living social deal for a signature facial. So I called and made an appointment, lady who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating and scheduled me in right away. The place was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking inside the plaza. I was taken into one of the rooms and got cozy under the covers. The bed sheets were not exactly clean but I'm not too picky with that. The lady providing the service was very nice. However, she did try to sell me on a couple extra services which I turned down. The facial itself was not very good, the towel was used over and over again, rinsed in cold water and so old that the material was super hard and scratched my skin. The products used was also of lower quality as the next day my face was very oersted, slightly red and blotchy. I did enjoy the head massage, shoulder massage and the arm massage at the beginning. $20 for a 50 minute massage? What?! Yes, that's right. It must be a special they are having. For $20, you get our body worked on for almost an hour! They start you off with an herbal foot bath. While that's happening, your shoulders, neck, head, arms, temple, and back are massaged for about 20-25 minutes. After that happens, they dry off your feet and get going on that. They also massage your calves too. The woman (Cindy) that worked on me, she almost made me cry. I'm a weak sauce and I usually can't handle the pain. But I held it all in as she dug into my eyebrows and worked on my scalp. The BF fell asleep and was drooling as the guy worked on his feet. We went there late on a Sunday afternoon with no wait. They have about nine comfy chairs all in one room with the lights dimmed to create this sleepy atmosphere. My only complaint was that they left the front door open for awhile and the draft was coming in from there. And sometimes the therapists start speaking to each other in Mandarin, and that can get distracting. But for $20, what a deal! If only they had places like this in Vegas for this price! Me and my friend went here for facials and honestly wasn't as great as I expected it to be. I had never had a facial before and was hoping for a much more relaxing and really big difference with my face. I was hoping to see more results, although my face has been a bit smoother. The lady worked on me kept going in and out of the room a lot and offered me more services for an up charge than I wanted. Mostly I just felt like she was using different creams and lotions on my face and at the end just really needed a good wash. I bought 2 Groupon so I didn't have any choice but to go there. I made an appointment and the 1st one, they put it for the wrong date and I had the reschedule. The 2nd appointment, they called to cancel on me!!!! Then during the massages , the masseus kept me up the entire time trying to sell me more services.
