The people working there talk obnoxiously loud and you can hear a bunch of conversations while getting your "treatment". The only treatment I got was got some electric therapy for 5 minutes. Then they left me laying there with a ice pack. Comes back, While I am digging into my bag and puts some hot and cold on my knee (can't even wait untill I get my phone out) and says okay next appointment you will do exercise. Than goes back to stand in the corner and talk with the other workers... No thank you, never coming back .. plus the two "therapists" couldn't speak English fluently.

It started in my upper shoulder and I hate to stop going because they have me doing two pound weights and lifting a ball above my head until it hurt. I had to loosen up the arthritis behind my shoulder and the one PT said that it couldn't be done. Until the arthritis got loosened up no surgery- well I stopped going because I felt like there was no improvement. now I have elbow pain and can't walk without keeping the arm raised up . I feel that they did not help me at all and a lot of the time forgot to clean the machine's . I am not just trying to be a bitter woman- i genuinely am a easy going person.
