Then they bill me for more money afterward without any mention of extra charges before hand. I refused to pay it as a result. Now every time they resend the bill it's for a different amount. I've been having trouble with my eye's ever since and see reflections out of the corner of mu right eye and I see what looks like a hair floating around in my eye but it's not a hair. I'm barely getting by on retirement and I can't afford this. They have just sent me a letter telling me they are handing it to collections for $155.00. This place sucks

The care the day of surgery was amazing and the follow-up care was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Latona. My eye surgery recovery went beautifully and I see better in my 60s than I did in my twenties.

They had a huge selection of frames to choose from, so there were plenty of styles to browse. Nathaniel was especially amazing throughout the process. He was super friendly, patient, and helped make several modifications so I could find the perfect pair. I never felt rushed, and he really took the time to make sure everything felt right. They also had a bartender serving espresso martinis during the event, which was such a fun touch. I ended up having a chilled white wine and enjoyed it while trying on frames. It wasn't planned as I was just going to browse, but I did end up purchasing glasses, and honestly, I've never spent this much on a pair before or added so many personalizations, but it truly felt worth it. They carefully fit the glasses, made sure the lenses were correct, and sent me home with a cute bag, case, cleaning cloth, and lens spray that can be refilled anytime, which I thought was such a cool perk. They worked their magic and I was literally seen within an hour of my appointment with Dr. Kautzman. When does that ever happen? I was scared about what was happening with my vision changes, and Dr. Kautzman walked with me every step of the way, explaining what he found on the examination and talking to me just to calm me.
