We met with 5 different groups for estimates and ended up selecting Crest for a handful of reasons. Their pricing was very reasonable, they were extremely professional and responsive, and they promised to get the job done in less than a week (every other group said 2 or more weeks to complete the job). I sort of didn't believe they'd be able to deliver in the timeline and still do a great job, but they did. My husband and I were SO impressed with this group. Todd, Lance, Oscar and team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. When any issues came up they communicated quickly and took care of it right away. We initially had some trouble matching our paint colors and Todd called me after hours and promised he'd be at the store at opening the following day and that he'd personally make sure the colors were perfect. Sure enough, they were. That type of customer service exceedingly rare !! The paint job turned out great and they have been proactive about offering any needed touch ups. He fixed our toilet (he actually came back on Thursday again to look at it because there was a tiny issue), helped us patch up 2 toilet paper rolls, and tacked on an adhesive to a tiny hole that was causing our shower door to leak.
