Now although my friend says that the coffee is some of the best hes ever had in the Penrith area I'm not a big coffee drinker, so I can't really comment on the quality of the spiced late. What I am is a lover of breakfast food. So I can comment for days on just how good the bacon and eggs are. The all day breakfast menu on offer at the Depot is simple, relatively short but excellent. Everything on there is prepared fresh reasonably priced. Every trip I've taken to the Depot has had me impressed. Not just with the food but with the venue and the staff as well - it's a complete package. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. The furnishings are modern but with a funky industrial vibe. The place is air conditioned (a point that can't be overlooked.) And the scrambled eggs are the best I've ever had. Whack that together with an iced coffee or freshly squeezed orange juice and you've got yourself a perfect brunch.

The place itself is quite minimalist, which is something that I also really like, especially when it is done well, as is the case here. Not only that, but it is quite relaxing and laid back, though it did turn out that I was here in the early afternoon when it happened to be reasonably quiet. Still, a nice place for a coffee.

Run by the amazing Suzie and her brilliant team, Sisterfox aways produces high quality espresso and home made delicious (albeit simple) food. For $5 I can get my morning ristretto which is made on a different bean each day (delicious, fun and educational!) and morning picollo! When the team at Sisterfox sees me coming they know what I have and begin to get it ready! Such amazing customer service! Without doubt my coffee is ALWAYS delicious! Quality is something that is synonymous with the team here and although their food is simple (the focus is on the coffee) it is honestly YUM! The BAT sandwich, pulled pork burger or homemade muffins (often GF/DF) are the perfect compliment to their well made coffee. The food is really special. Interesting. Different. Ordered a cap and a brekky wrap. Super friendly server brought out a bottle of chilled water. Nice, I thought. Then I notice it's sparkling! How generous! Coffee and brekky come in a nano second and each is sensational. Wow only one week and I've found my cafe. I'm so happy!
