The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable about all his products, it made the experience nicer than it already was. Their lounge is outstanding, with leather chairs and the like. I swear, if I didn't have the wife waiting outside in the truck, I'd have loved to have sat down and burned one with that guy. I explained the strength of cigars I was looking for. He personally guided me around the walk in humidor and recommended several cigars. All the cigars were competitively priced and there was absolutely no up sell. I walked out of there with 7 cigars and spent about 1/2 as much as anticipated. I also peaked back into the cigar lounge, it looks like a great place to enjoy a smoke and a game. This will be my go to cigar shop, whenever I visit the area. Maybe smaller than some shops, but the personalized attention and prices make it worth visiting. I even had to buy a lighter, after TSA took mine away. I'll be back, highly recommend.
