You really gotta go the day the advertise the price because I have gone many times and they tell me that either didn't get the item or they only had six and they left in the morning so that's the downfall of Ollies. The good thing about Ollies is that you can usually get snacks half price then you can at the store that goes for nuts and specialty items too which is really great if you need that sort of stuff I couldn't cut your grocery bill in half. I found once in a blue moon a pair of shoes that fit they have a very small area of clothing I have found a really nice piece or two over the years by far not everything as fantastic. The Stewart itself has a funky odor all of them. Do they have toys that are not normally this season's but you can find some interesting toys. The hygiene product are the best the soaps, the hairbrush, the hair duets they seem to be really reasonable, priced the deodorant, toothpaste, Band-Aids, that sort of thing of the big items we have in the past gotten some flooring, some rugs the rugs seem very cheap and didn't last that long at all. Don't think it's really worth getting the rugs there unless you can get them on sale the prices are not bad but when you get them on sale, it's even better. I have gotten a few small appliances there that have been really good. I've had some really good employees and I'd have some employees that win lifted nickel to help you one of them was the manager at the Ollies in Morristown near the holidays. He was not very nice. The manager and Sevierville one day even took me in the back room to help me find a sleeping bag that they had on sale and we found all the sleeping bags in the back that had not been put out, but we could not find a large man sleeping bag they had advertised so that was sad as I drove all the way there to buy that particular item so Ollies is a hit or miss store. I can always find something if I have the money coffee is a goodbye sometimes trash bag sometimes not sometimes they'll have saran wrap and baggies and freezer bags sometimes not so Ollie is a hit and miss store. What they advertise is not necessary of what they have in stock different stores in different areas and different states have different items. My ad was showing a recliner and I was so excited to go see this recliner and I found out that my phone it changed my setting to a store in Massachusetts not Tennessee so they didn't have any recliners. They do have a bathroom most all of them. I visited in Tennessee or some family member have they are not the most up-to-date bathrooms, but they did function which is all we can ask a functioning. Bathroom doesn't have to be solid gold. Just ask to function and be clean so I'm gonna give Ollie's bargain outlet a four star. They have a ways to go to get to a five star but then again you are shopping at an outlet they could do better, but it would take some extra effort and they're not going to ever put that extra effort in cause it's an outlet store

Mid-Mod mecca! All things 50s, 60s and 70s only in this spot. Everything is in impeccable condition…read moreand you'll pay top dollars for top notch vintage. Although I found it to be outside my wallet price point, I really appreciate how Todd and his wife concentrate on mid-century vintage. This come-back era is hot right now and specialization gives them the ability to focus on quality pieces. All items are cleaned and treated - absolutely ready to be brought home. Super high end. I mean, you could eat right off those bright avocado green plates. Here's my two cents on why spot-clean is critical. It might go without saying in this business..but whoa!...presentation and suggestion for homeware use and decor is key. Especially for mid-mod items, the cleaner the pieces, the more vivid the color which just throws you right into back into mid-mod environs. They do a terrific job here. (I mean, do you want to take home a dusty, faded-color, fondue tray which lost its elements that evoke the era?) The whole shop knocks my socks off! Product displays are very well done and you are jolted back in time the moment you walk in the door. The vignettes keep a steady theme and the colors totally pop. Just like they did mid-century. Here is what you'll find: tables, mirrors and furniture, lots of lamps, plenty of paintings, canisters, radios, knick-knacks, funky book ends, lots of owls, plates and bowls and zillions more. They really do pack it in here. And they have so much more to display. I see this really as the showcase boutique for their online shop. Todd told me the story of how he and his wife fell in love with all things mid-mod whey bought their 1960s-something home. Try to catch them on the 1st and 3rd weekends of the month. The shop is only open occasionally. Definitely worth a visit.

I was in awe by the quality and quantity of their retro stock which was all in mostly amazing condition, ready to be brought home, clean, and the colors really pop and haven't lost their unique brilliancy! Very clean store and helpful customer service. Although it was a little over priced, I found a few items I was willing to buy without thinking about the price too much.

He should be assigned to cleaning toilets and not in customer service. While waiting for a manager I saw this buffoon actually hang up on customers instead of answering the phone. So when you call this store and get disconnected this Bozo is the reason why. I returned a Toro mower. A female manager approved this return. Douche Marty got involved. He told me I had to remove the gas in the mower. He then tried to extort me to buy a gas can which I went and obtained. Upon returning he told me I could not pour the gas out, but I had to buy a pump,or he would not process my return. Off I go to get pump, which no one in the store can find. Upon returning to customer service I told Jack off Marty I wanted to speak to a manager. I hate doing the Karen thing but I felt this idiot was trying to make me buy unnecessary items. While waiting I saw clown boy hanging up on customers even when there was no customers at the counter. He was more busy playing with his greasy hair than helping customers. He even didn't have the decency to acknowledge a handicap co worker. While waiting for a manager, Ferrari helped me. He authored the return and actually completed the return. Thank you Ferrari and to the lady manager who originally helped me.

This location STINKS /…read morehas gone "down the tubes" since my first review of 5 years ago and literally needs almost the entire staff simply replaced. It has been that way for about the last 3 years. HFreight (as a company) is still OK, it is just THIS LOCATION that SUCKS. It has gotten to where I avoid and dread having to go here (only when I have no other alternative) because MOST of the employees (ESPECIALLY THE GM and most managers) have THE WORST ATTITUDE about making things easy for customers to buy here and NEVER try to see issues from the customers eyes. I hear stories about how managers at many other HF locations are flexible and chilled out which makes me wonder what is up this locations A*s?? Maybe the location does the most business because of location so they just don't care? The managers actually seem to find joy in NOT BEING FLEXIBLE about almost anything. See a damaged item and want a discount? The answer is ALWAYS a fast NO (but not at other locations)! As a matter of fact, this staff's favorite word is "no". If a manager is reading this... stop and think for a second how much MORE business your store could do if you actually tried to make your customers repeat purchase / go to your location on a daily basis (instead of making them go out of their way to do business at other locations). Every time I go into this place now, I literally talk to my self saying things like "I hate this place" and "I am never going to come back here again". How do I know it sucks??? Go into this location and interact with employees and Managers and then go in the Broadway location... you will QUICKLY understand what I mean!!
