About 3 years ago, we decided to stop in at Lorna Dunes (near the round about), to give their soft-serve a try. We had no idea what we were about to find. Their soft-serve is THAT SAME delicious, full-cream and same tasting ice cream that we used to eat as kids. I could'd believe it. I called my Sister in St Catharines right away to let her know that the next time she came for a visit, we had to stop. Needless to say, we did. She too was brought back to our childhood, and ever since, it has been our 'Go To' spot for vanilla soft serve, whenever the craving hits, which we are embarrassed to say, is likely more than most. This isn't the stuff you get on ice cream trucks or at most other spots, including Dairy Queen. This is much heavier and dense ice cream - it is absolutely delicious.

The woman yelled "no diapers in here!"... First all of all, neither of my children are in diapers anymore and I had just walked in the heat (at 7 months pregnant) from the back of the establishment trying to find a garbage can. My arms were full of ice cream soaked napkins and soggy ice cream cones. On top of it all the washrooms are always locked or inaccessible which makes the whole place impossible to go with young children. Never again!!!
