It was topped with icing sugar, soft serve vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries and whipped cream (not sure if this was made with real cream, we didn't end up eating this part). My only complaint was that there wasn't enough soft serve ice cream on such a large cake. We tried to finish this master piece, however it was just too big for the two of us. I would recommend that you try this place out, they have a patio set up in front of the store I think with 4 picnic tables, and two garbage cans close to the area to get rid of your plates and spoons. There were two people working there, and you can tell they really like what they did, they were very patient with the customers in front of us, who were asking several questions about allergies (as they should). The staff were knowledgeable when it came to the products sold at this little stand along store. The line moves pretty fast, and you could see how much the other patrons were enjoying their orders as well.

About 3 years ago, we decided to stop in at Lorna Dunes (near the round about), to give their soft-serve a try. We had no idea what we were about to find. Their soft-serve is THAT SAME delicious, full-cream and same tasting ice cream that we used to eat as kids. I could'd believe it. I called my Sister in St Catharines right away to let her know that the next time she came for a visit, we had to stop. Needless to say, we did. She too was brought back to our childhood, and ever since, it has been our 'Go To' spot for vanilla soft serve, whenever the craving hits, which we are embarrassed to say, is likely more than most.
