Because of the rain in the forecast, we were trying to find a good solution, and Angel responded to me immediately. She was so easy to communicate with. I tried sending her a picture of last year's setup, but it wouldn't go through, so she even gave me her personal number (and thankfully she had an iPhone, yay!) so I could send it directly. She was incredibly gracious and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She asked thoughtful questions and really tried to help me figure out what would work best for our event. The pricing was also very reasonable, $350 for a 20x40 tent for the day, plus service fees and taxes. Honestly, that's extremely affordable. Unfortunately, since our event is for a nonprofit, it ended up being outside our budget this time, so we weren't able to move forward with the rental. BUT I absolutely plan to come back to Fran Kid Jump in the future. If I ever need a tent for an event, especially one that might get rained on, I will be reaching back out to Angel. One time during the pandemic I tried an independent operator--what a joke! They canceled on me THE MORNING OF my party and I had only 2 hours to find a replacement. I couldn't have been more sad that I hadn't simply booked with 909 Jumpers, they'll totally reliable and when I have an extra request (need the jumper partially on asphalt driveway, need a different delivery time) they always do their best with minimal up charges (heads up: a jumper on asphalt/concrete is an up charge and with good reason, I don't mind a small fee for them to ensure the jumper is safe and won't be damaged!). That party was rescued by a small jumper from a local party store, but kids really do enjoy the big jumpers a lot more. 909 Jumpers is the best: great prices, professional staff, very good selection. Don't gamble your big event going with unprofessional operators, it's not worth it and 909 Jumpers prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide.

I filled out their form on the website and requested which bouncer I wanted, received an email from Susan and was all set. I received a text the day of stating they were on their way, dropped the bouncer off, set it up and cleaned it all! Paid the guy cash and he came about two hours before the party started, and came about an hour after the party ended. Great! I love that I don't have to worry about the bouncer overnight. Didn't have to do anything, no set up on my part and he respected that I had artificial turf to put the bouncer on. Love this company! Would definitely recommend!
