To start, the bread that you get when you first come in is not good at all, wasn't very fresh and was super chewy, next we got garlic bread, it tasted like they toasted the bread, sprinkled cheese on top and then put it in the microwave. The service is okay, there was only one server and she didn't talk much. I got fettuccine Alfredo and let me just say it's some of the worst I've ever had. It doesn't taste like cheese or anything like fettuccine Alfredo should it tastes like gravy. My friend got shrimp with vodka sauce and the shrimp were just bagged frozen shrimp you could get at the store, and the sauce was super watered down, the ambiance is very empty, it's like they went to an Ashly furniture picked out a basic dining set and asked for about twenty of them. I came here with high hopes and left severally disappointed, definitely won't be back. I only took like 2 bites of my food before I decided I was done. Im surprised this place has been open as long as it has. Wish this could've been better.

Perfect 5 stars. My wife is a huge Italian food fan and had been asking to go here and we left very impressed. The service was great, fast, and friendly. The food was fantastic. I had the lobster ravioli and she had the chicken parmesan. It was all great, we will most definitely be back.

Food was delicious, I could you a little less marinara sauce on the tour of Italy but that is my personal taste. Spacious and comfy, I would suggest hanging some TVs with some shows/videos to fill up the space. The service was good, would be nice is server have a little more knowledge on recommending items of the menu

I thought the pizza was so so. I just expect better from an Italian joint. Higher prices for better pizza!

FuocoItalian is awesome. The cheese pizza with extra cheese is yummy. The eggplant parmigiana with pasta is very good too.

Incredible service (not something you get in Midland). Food was delicious too, everyone in my group raved about their dishes. 10/10

This place got good reviews and we were stopping here for the night so decided to try it out. The…read morereviews said it was BYOB so we stopped on the way for a bottle of Cab. But then on the menu they had both beer and wine. Hmmm.... The gal at the hostess stand was very nice and struck up a conversation with us when we arrived and when we paid our bill. Alineth was our server and was also very pleasant and was good about giving us recommendations. Menu prices are very reasonable. They immediately brought us a basket of garlic dinner rolls that were warm and delicious. My only complaint was it was just the two of us and we were given a huge basket of 9 hamburger-bun-sized rolls. We both agreed it was a bit wasteful and there were quite a few tables of two that only ate 1, maybe 2 leaving at least 5 to be tossed. Our entrees came with salads and they were fresh with yummy croutons and tasty dressing. Hubby ordered the trio (lasagna, chicken parm and fettuccini alfredo). Huge portions but he said it he only found two bites of lasagna and it was buried in the fettuccini noodles of the chicken parm on one side and alfredo on the other. The chicken was hard to find as it was buried under a lot of cheese. The sauce was tomatoey but not much flavor otherwise. Wishing for a red pepper flake or something. I had a shrimp and scallop dish the my server recommended because I asked for something spicy. I saw it had red peppers but it was not the flakes, it was red bell peppers. Again the portion was huge and both entrees were nice and hot. In the end we wish there was a bit more flavor in each dish. We ended the evening with the lemoncello cake - delicious! The restaurant was decorated really nice and was cozy and clean. A couple serving issues: we brought a bottle of wine with us and it took 3 requests to finally get a corkscrew. Never once were the dishes removed from the table. We had to push our salad dishes off to the side to make room for our entrees, we even told her we were done with the salads and enjoyed them. Keep in mind we also still had the huge basket of bread. And then when our cake came out she watched us stack plates and make room for it and never removed a single dish. The atmosphere and wine were nice after a long day of driving...we were hoping for better overall dining experience.

We had two servers and we were well taken care of. Spacious, can accommodate large parties and the restaurant was full on a Tuesday evening!

I'd like to give this place a second try but simply how my situation was handled I will never go…read moreback. I made a Reservation for 8pm several days in advance and even texted that morning to move up to 7pm due to my plans changing. On how quickly the response was I thought we were good to go. Mind you this was for my Anniversary night and wanted to do something new/special. Unfortunately, that is not how our night went. We showed up at 6:55pm for our 7pm Reservation to be told they didn't even prepare for us to be there, and it would be a 20-to-25-minute wait. Now don't get it wrong, I'm all for waiting for a table but not when I made reservations so far in advance. Now when stuff like this happens it would be professional to have the person in charge come and talk with me. I still would have left but this review wouldn't have been a 1 star probably wouldn't even be writing this. Instead, we got an 18-year kid come and tell us the news. He was so nervous and timid that it wasn't worth our time pressing the issue any longer. Honestly, he shouldn't have ever been put in that situation. Before we left we glanced at the menu and maybe I didn't see the full menu but from what i saw not many Italian choices were presented. So to say it's A true Italian restaurant is far fetched. Again maybe I didn't see the full menu. It just seemed that whoever was in charge didn't really care that our night got delayed and somewhat ruined because they didn't do their job right. Customer Service is what most people look for when they go to such a high-priced establishment. Word of mouth is probably the best advertisement you can have. Hopefully they will work out the kinks and get as better system going.
