So first off I wanna say thank God for something new in Midland. The atmosphere is solid even if…read morethe music is a little loud. I really hope to see some live music on their stage in the future. It has a potential to be the place to be. The inside is really beautiful and it stands out because there's nothing like it in the area. Staff and managers are generally attentive and quite friendly. I went here with my family so I got to try a few different dishes -scallops were delicious but the mashed potatoes they were served on were cold. Disappointing for the price point. -Wedge salad was quite good but had too much dressing -The sushi (Santomar roll) seems to be made in a square mold and not traditionally rolled. The filling disbursal was kind of inconsistent and the temperature was a bit strange but the overall flavor was quite nice. I'd definitely try their sushi again. -fish and chips and fries were excellent We ordered one of their 1000 layer cake pieces which was a tasty, but absolute monstrosity. I don't recommend getting it unless you plan to share it with at least four people with healthy appetites. It'd be nice to see a half order of it in the future because I did actually quite enjoy it.

Fun seafood themed Mexican place in the heart of Midland. Service was okay, but they did mess up…read moredrink order and two dishes (one which had diet restrictions). I ordered the Daniella which was just chicken and got the Durango which had shrimp and chicken along with a horchata. Horchata was okay yet I could tell it was a mix. The food was good and hot but the service did seemed confused even when we ordered in Spanish. Ambiance is very loud, almost club like! Be prepared.

The vibe is chill and the drinks are okay. The pulpo sarandiado is RAW and disgusting. We asked the server if she recommended it and she said she did and it really depended how you liked your octopus... uhm, maybe she should've told us it's cooked on the outside and RAW inside. Total waste of money and product- my husband couldn't even eat it. I got the spicy shrimp, I think they were called dragon shrimp... it was salad shrimp tossed on a ketchup and Valentina sauce... again gross and just WHAT?! We used to like this place now it's on our don't go list. The real nail on the coffin was the credit card convenience fee when paying with debit. Seemed like no one could do anything about it even though that's illegal. I did report it to the state. What a slap in the face after spending $125 dollars.
