I always have important documents to print, fax and email Marion and Sara along with the other girls are always professional & knowledgeable The other day I went into the store with these HUGE WINDOWS to return to Amazon it was almost time for the store to close and NO ONE not even me would have wanted to deal with that it was a nightmare.. However, KIM was so helpful she went ABOVE & BEYOND TO HELP ME! KIM helped me package these huge heavy windows helped me measure everything get these HUGE 3 WINDOWS PACKED INTO THE RIGHT SIZE BOXES It was beyond time consuming and the fact she offered to help very kind and funny She was very sweet all the girls that work there make me feel welcomed each and every time and I'm a lot to handle so they deserve some recognition

The box this store used was literally a Wal-Mart box, made from the thinnest cardboard possible, not one of the sturdy ones that UPS sells. The items were loosely wrapped such that they rattled around in the box. Additionally, the box evidently burst open in transit, because it was taped closed very poorly. One piece was damaged. With the amount of damage the box sustained, it's a miracle it arrived with anything inside it at all. When the pieces were initially brought to them for packing and shipment, the clerk said something to the effect that they, "Couldn't do it right away - but next week." Their lack of enthusiasm was a big red flag. Worst UPS experience ever. Save yourself - there's a FedX store close by

When I had a moment, which was after closing times, I called and hoped I got at least an answering machine. I got a live person, Elena. Not only did she go above and beyond by answering the phone after hours which was a lifesaver, she did everything in her power to get the job done by early next morning. The staff went early the next day to make sure the printing was on time for first thing in the morning, which was before the store was open. The job done as requested, no corners cut, even with the short turn around time.
