So, we had to move our appointment to a different time next day. Then, what is usually a 2 hour grooming experience turned into 5 hours because they said someone called off and had not gotten a replacement in. When I picked up my dog, her hair was cut so unevenly with a few missed spots and cuts on her from the clippers. All of this for $70, and the very next day she smells like she never got a bath with whatever shampoo they used. NEVER GET A DOG GROOMED AT PET SMART, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

We lost her anyway. They made a paw print keep sake for me. She let me stay with Ollie long as I needed that day, while my son inlaw made arrangements for Ollie to be cremated. Ollie was 12 yrs old & left me so fast a half hour & she'd passed. Dr. Hanny thought she'd had a tumor in her lungs break loose bleeding. Now I bring my rescue kitten to her. Pumpkin had ear mites from hades & rt. Ear was infected. She again was gentle with him. He's all better now. She asked if we wanted to look at the microscope to see the mites moving around & my Granddaughter Cori loved that.

Let me know they can put me on a waiting list to take my dog in but in the meantime, they gave me some food so I can get by with my dog and I'm so very thankful for that. I've been there before to look at animals and there's a lot of very nice people here who donate third time and I feel like these yelp ratings are not reflecting the five star establishment that I think this place is and the people that run it they're good people it's a good place.
