When we got to the appointment, the vet told us she wouldn't provide that because of her personal morals. I respect that veterinarians can have their own opinions, but it would have been really helpful if the clinic had told us that upfront before we booked and paid for the visit. Because of that, the appointment ended up feeling like a waste of time. Instead, the vet recommended several medications. We may consider that route eventually, but we were hoping to try a more holistic approach first and simply needed the clearance we had asked about ahead of time. To make matters worse, while we were waiting in the exam room there were two large fleas crawling around. Seeing fleas in the room at a veterinary clinic was pretty concerning. Overall, the lack of transparency beforehand and the cleanliness issues made this a frustrating experience.

Truly an absolute terrible experience and think if they did a better job of supporting us then we would have been able to save our dogs life. Please don't come here. I will forever regret giving this place my money and the opportunity to try and save our family pet. My daughter sent messages daily to ask about the "babies". I felt she was too much, but she was always answered promptly and sent short videos of them enjoying their stay. One of the dogs developed an ear infection (common for her) while there. I was sent text messages with pictures immediately and Stitxh even cleaned her ears which gave her some relief. Stitch knows his business very well and treated my dogs spectacularly. I had no worries or concerns. Well, maybe a little to get my dog to the vet but she just had dirty ears from the constant hair growth in there. I would highly recommend using this service if you want the best care for your fur babies and want them in capable hands. Was impressed with all the knowledge!

He was gentle with Daisy, and you could tell he genuinely cared about her comfort and overall health. It was great because I stopped by in the afternoon and was able to get a facility tour. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and you could tell they care about animals. I was a little surprised they didn't offer a meet and greet first but was fine because my dog is pretty socialized. But it makes me question some other dogs who may not be at that level. They also do provide one day of daycare complimentary, I did this and was able to access the live webcam and they gave picture updates as well as a phone call update. The only thing was the webcam was a little glitchy for me and I had to refresh quite a few times. Other than that it was easy drop off/pick up and my dog seemed to have fun.

I made an appointment for Saturday the 25th and today I got a call letting me know that they were gonna be closed because of some festival that they were having they could have told me that also it didn't like that they don't disclose how much each of the injections in items were gonna be they just assumed that we would have this money so originally when I had asked about my second appointment how much is gonna be they said it was gonna be $130 when I got to the lobby person that takes care of you know the billing she she then gave me $170. I don't appreciate not knowing what things are going to cost before they perform it so I would say for them to work on that Sarah by the way is so sweet and so nice. She answered all the questions. Everything was great. I was just got kind of like turned off by them just bringing up this extra cost.
