I have been a furhaven customer for years and have purchased many beds from them. My last order 11/28/2022 still has not shipped the customer service is awful they still have no clue where the bed is but they sure take your money fast . can you imagine I ordered this cyber Monday the money they make alone in interest float not to mention when I posted my three star reviews for poor customer service on their website and verified it they didn't post it they sanitize reviews . I recently purchased the Plush Ball Pet Bed and this is the best dog bed I have ever purchased! I have tried many types of dogs beds and I'm so happy to have finally found one that my dog absolutely loves. He used to sleep in my LoveSac beanbag, but when I moved and unfortunately had to sell it, he had a hard time getting comfortable and was getting up frequently at night. He is now always in his cozy bed and sleeping soundly again. The bed is filled with foam which took a few days to fully expand after it was unpacked. After letting it expand, it molds around my dog perfectly making him feel secure and there is still enough cushion left under him so he isn't on the floor. The cover is really soft, durable and can be removed to wash which is a huge plus! I had called the company a couple of times to ask some questions and both times a really nice gentleman answered the phone right away and provided excellent customer service. I could tell they truly value their customers and want to make sure their customers and their pets are happy! My dog pictured is about 52# and I purchased the large size for him. read more

I bought a bed from Groupon that was an indoor/outdoor bed, that I loved. I then bought a replacement cover, same as what I bought, just a different design. When it rained, the bed became soaked as if the water leaked through the zipper. When I called the company, they wanted a picture so I finally got the chance to email them but there was no way for me to send the picture they asked for and then was told something different: The beds resist penetration to water "but not entirely." I didn't have this problem before and now they're changing their tune from the phone call I had with a representative. I will NEVER buy from them again. I purchased one of the Furhaven xlarge dog beds. I followed the label instructions when washing the cover, however it is now not useable at all. The inside lining has basically become little pieces of lining. I contacted the company and was told since I had no receipt they could not provide any help. I will NEVER buy a Furhaven Product again. read more

I am typically not the review type, but the experience I had with Furhaven was above the norm. I purchased a cat house through Groupon and received the item in a timely manner. Once received, I opened the box and accounted for all of the parts by laying them out according to number assignment. I then laid the base down and began constructing the house. As I proceeded I came to the second step and realized it would not align correctly with the support post as drilled. I continued to install the remainder with no issues. Thinking I had installed the pieces correctly, I emailed Furhaven to inquire about the step in question. I explained that the hole wasn't drilled in the correct spot. With no hesitation they agreed to send a replacement step. The replacement arrived 2 days later. I disassembled and attempted to install the replacement step. The step was drilled the same as the original so I was back where I started, a step that wouldn't align. Once again I emailed explaining the step was drilled the same as the last and would not align correctly. I offered to send pictures for reference and David agreed. I received an email response with pictures and a diagram of the base bottom illustrating the proper placement of the posts. Thinking I couldn't have installed it wrong, I laid the unit down on its side and began checking it against the diagram provided. Well guess what, I was wrong! Turns out I started with the wrong hole and for some reason everything aligned perfectly except that one step (one hole). I disassembled the unit and started from scratch. Low and behold, it all came together without a hitch. Bottom line, Furhaven customer service is top notch! Let that be a lesson to all men, put your ego aside, read the instructions and double check your work before you waste people's time! FYI....the cat house is a big hit, and I recommend them for your pet needs! Thanks to all involved at Furhaven!!!! read more

I recd my 2 orthopedic dog beds today. I ordered from a groupon and could not be more pleased. My 2 big, old girls love them and haven't moved off of them since I unpacked them. They are very well made and actually look good in any room. I have gone they my fair share of dog beds over the years and these are the best! read more
