Welded a fix to an old convertible dolly for me that was my uncles. Great service and a fair price. Highly recommended!

My 2019 Forest River travel trailer developed a crack in the frame where the axle bracket is welded to the frame. I spent several months going through inspections with their authorized service center and had to wait while Forest River and the frame manufacturer developed a repair plan. In the end, the service center was unable to do the repair and my alternatives were to either drive my trailer to their plant in Indiana or find a local welder. Jeff at Furrion has great reviews and a friend also recommended him. He developed a plan similar to Forest Rivers' and repaired the cracks (he found a crack starting on the opposite axle weld as well) and welded 30 x 4-1/2 inch 1/4 inch plates on both sides of the frame, as well as some 2 x 2 angle iron to reinforce the frame both in front of and behind the axle welds. I am extremely happy with the results of the repair and will not hesitate to have Jeff do any future repairs or fabrication I might need. Forest River has also stepped up and agreed to reimburse me the cost of the repair as it met their plan specifications. I would add that another RV repair shop that does perform welding services refused to even attempt this job. Thanks again Jeff! read more

Jeff created a 100% custom rack for my F-150 that was all aluminum, moved up and down, not interfere with a tonneau cover, could accommodate pit bikes, and could carry upwards of 500lbs. He worked with me on building specs, drew the design up, (multiple times), in CAD, and told me what would and wouldn't work best. What I appreciated the most is he built it as if he was building it for himself, so he wanted it to be the best and usable. Won't find that any other way. Jeff is a fabricator like the old school kind. I brought in pictures of my Trailer BBQ pit that needed a new A frame assembly he looked at the pics and said not a problem. Brought my baby into his shop and was shocked at the fast and professional turn around. I could have picked up the unit 3 days after delivery but my schedule was to tight, so it spent a week with him. no extra charge no hassle just good ol fashion customer service!! When I arrived to pick it up Was it not what I expected? Nope!!!! It was more than was expected. In a fabricator or welder you want that extra mile and creative thought well he has both. he not only did what was asked he did upgrades that he saw and did a much better assembly than I was expecting. Jeff did a quick fix to a 5 foot tall metal sculpture piece that we have in our yard. Age had produced some weak points that were on the verge of breaking. Jeff is a master of his craft. Period. I took in an old aluminum road bike frame with two cracks in it and immediately after arriving there he inspected it and gave a thorough rundown of what could happen as a precaution. Though, what actually went down was him going into his shop and within minutes grinded then welded the frame back to new condition. After a bit of sanding and painting the cracks are nonexistent! An extremely satisfied customer. Our very expensive and heavy outdoor patio umbrella's tilting hinge broke. The umbrella is no longer produced or supported, and I tried several handymen, furniture repair, and hardware store repair desks--none of them could repair it. Jeff came up with a solution that not only lets us to open and use the umbrella, but allows us to tilt it again, a feature we weren't expecting to ever again get functional.
