My pup can be difficult due to the lack of rapport and building by his previous groomer and my lack of knowledge in the area of training my pup to be more comfy during grooms. The groom took some time but it was not a hassle and worth the wait. Her prices are reasonable and you can tell she and the team CARES. I did and I thought she was nice; a bit on the quiet side, but that's okay, right? Plus she actually did good work on my pups, so who cares! Anywho, not sure what happened, but all of a sudden, communication became extremely poor on her part. I started receiving unsolicited photos of the inside of her uterus, etc. explaining that she was pregnant and wasn't feeling good. Well, I totally understand that! Get better, sister! BUT...at this point, not sure what's going on. This woman has canceled multiple appointments with me since July/August. Furthermore, per our messages, I had to reach out to her after she started scheduling again! She didn't even let me know...and then to add more hot sauce by canceling again?! On the same day at that, and we all know, groomers are booked up for weeks, so this just further displays a lack of professionalism. Girl, bye lol. Too many groomers out here. Their prices are as low as any of the big chains or even the online stores. We get our dogfood there as they carry the big bags we like. What's more, they have loyalty program where you get a free bag of food after so many purchases. They have a large selection of toys and treats. They also offer grooming although we have not used that service yet but it seems popular.

I've taken Ruger to several vet visits over the years, and today was the first time I've ever heard him cry during a blood draw. If getting blood drawn hurts when someone is digging around trying to find a vein on a person, what makes anyone think it doesn't hurt a dog? Watching the needle being moved around while trying to find a vein was hard to watch, and it honestly made me question the technique that was being used. Worst of all, there wasn't even an apology or any comfort given to my dog from her part. The veterinarian, Jenny Ponce Hernandez, also didn't introduce herself when she walked in. I actually had to ask who she was. She didn't come across as confident, and that didn't give me much reassurance while my dog was being treated. She also recommended that I spay my German Shepherd before her first heat cycle. I understand vets can have different opinions, but every other veterinarian I've spoken with has recommended waiting until after her first heat so she can fully develop. That recommendation, along with the rest of my experience, just didn't leave me feeling confident. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I came in expecting a simple, routine visit, but I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable with the care my dog received.
