My only regret is that he's too far to transition my fur babies to his practice. I was specifically told that I would come in and the technician will give the booster shot and no other exam was necessary. I just left the location and they wanted to charge me a technician fee (check vitals). I was lied to and they lied to the right one today. The young girl at the checkout gonna tell me that it was a misunderstanding, well it could've been but not on my end. It's time for me to make the change.
