Had a wonderful experience with Esther she gave us a great deal on some beautiful couches and we've also bought a dinning table from her as well she has great customer service they're very welcoming and they help you decide on what to do and she cares about your credit! Although I was apprehensive about buying furniture from this Furniture 4 Less location based on previous Yelp reviews, I'm glad I gave this store a chance. As I approached the store door, I noticed signage regarding face masks being required in order to enter the store. Upon entering the store, we (me and hubby) were warmly greeted by the saleslady (Esther) who asked us if we needed help. After browsing the large showroom, Esther asked if we saw any items we wanted to buy and we replied yes. At this point, Esther invited us to sit at a desk to discuss purchasing options. We were encouraged when she told us that she would be able to have the items delivered to us as soon as the next day between 11am & 3pm. In reference to my experience while browsing in the store, I liked that there was hand sanitizer bottles throughout the store as well as clear plastic desktop separators between the customer and salespeople. I appreciated that the Esther offered us hand sanitizer before sitting down to discuss purchasing options. After discussing purchasing options, Esther suggested we purchase all items all at once so it'll be one flat delivery and set up fee. She called her manager to confirm that the selected delivery date was available to our address. After a short phone call, she let us know that delivery date she gave us was correct. I appreciated that the while completing our purchase, Esther was responsive to other customers entering the store and verbally welcomed them as well as saying that she would be with them soon. I especially appreciated that she politely asked customers to put their face masks back on while inside the store which helped me feel safe and protected while shopping in the store. On the day of our furniture delivery, I received a phone call from the delivery driver around 11:30am confirming my home address to deliver our items. Since I was at work at the time, I provided the drivers with hubby's phone number so they could work together and get our items delivered and set up in a timely fashion. Around noon, I received a text from hubby saying delivery guys arrived with our order and attached a photo of bench I definitely didn't order. After hubby showed them our store invoice, the delivery guys quickly fixed the problem and efficiently assembled the items we purchased. The ladies here are absolutely wonderful, the non-pressure sales tactics are absolutely what I think a retail store should be. I was at this location on May 31st at around 5:30pm. I do not know the name of the person who started taking care of me because no one has a name bash on them, everything was good at the beginning my wife started browsing the furniture the young lady who started helping us had a a small dog which it was all over the display furniture may I add my wife was looking the young gal who was paying more attention to her mutt than doing customer service started to get very irritated bout her dog, long story short at the end some other lady took care of us at the end. I was told the furniture was going to get deliver Friday June 7 and it didn't. I received a phone call to schedule the sofa and dining table I purchase. I had to make arrangements at work to get out early than I get a call to let me know my furniture was not going to be deliver as the contract says. I really wish I could rate this place a lot higher, but nope. The furniture and initial customer service is good. However, once you make a purchase is takes almost 2 weeks to get it delivered and their delivery service S U C K S! They are NOT organized and be sure to have all day and possibly 2 available to get your stuff. They called and told me my items ( a couch and dining table) would be delivered on a Saturday btwn 12-3pm. Ok that's cool. Well of course they showed up around 3:30pm. They put the items together and realize they are missing the legs for the table. The guy says he would be back in 30 and finish putting it together. Well 1 1/2 hours later AFTER I called the store to see where they were the person who answered told me oh yeah they'll be there soon I forgot to call you. Finally they show up and one of the chairs is broken. The guy said he would be back Monday before 2pm ( since I need to go to work) with a new chair. They were nice at first and they do have some chairs that i like... i picked one chaise from their catalog because they keep saying that if I can't find anything in the store they can order it thru the catalog so I did. They promisedthe delivery will be 1 to 2 weeks so ok.. After a day almost 2 week (I was so excited...) their staff called and said the item is discontinued and ask me to come back to pick another one.......... WTH??!!! I still went there( Tuesday last week) & picked up a different one and one of the staff promised they can deliver within a week.. I call back next Monday since they didnt call me & asked about the delivery tomorrow & this lady said it's wont be here until Friday!!! I already paid off my chair but they keep delaying my order! Terrible unprofessional bunch of NO WORK ETHICS people! I told them if they don't send it by Thursday morning, I want my money back (of course they dont want that...so she told me only the manger can do refund & he wont be there until Wednesday or Thursday morning which... -WHAT?? Your manager cannot be contacted and customer has to wait?? WOW!! ) Two guys finally came on Thursday same week as I called them to deliver and one looked piss... he didn't have pen or anything, no introduction from where just a stuck up ugly piss off whiny face in front of my door at 10am. He kept flapping me a paper (for me to sign of course) rudely, he doesn't/pretend dont speak English which is sad & typical! Such a nice attitude you got there man! The other guy was nice and waited until I signed it but they just dropped it hard on my floor since the other one didn't really helping.. I waited 3 weeks for a chaise just because they failed to inform me about the discontinuation of my first choice. I still have patients and order another one because I really want it and all I hope was they keep to their words! My husband and I purchased a couch from ikea 2 days ago and it got delivered just a day after!! If I knew Furniture For Less is this terrible I won't waste my money and time there! Definitely will not go back!!! We have actually purchased a few pieces of furniture here two night stands.. and most recently A kitchen table, breakfast bar stools, couches .. We worked with Maricela each time and she is awesome.. the more I purchased the more i saved she gave me a discount on the recent purchase i made for the table, chairs couches just because i purchased more than one item...the nightstands that I bought two years ago are still perfect sturdy which is great because when I went to purchase them I was looking for a specific kind...which is where Maricela and her expertise came in :) read more

I recomnend you look into bulkea, they sell a variety of furniture from the same companies used by this store for a BETTER price hands down... i went into this store F4L like I have done before within the years but over the years the store has made a DRASTIC change.. they still offer the same furniture; meaning they have furniture displayed within the store but you pick the items you are interested in by looking through several different furniture catalogs like ex. Poundex which is not off-setting to me.. its actually one of the reasons I use to shop at this store.. furnture for a reasonable price .. taglined based off how F4L purchase the furniture from consignment hint ... FURNITURE 4 LESS... however times have change they are a bit over rated at this point ... i did my research after going in picking out some items i like and placing them on hold.. i search the price of a couch i selected in their store F4L they priced me 1100, the actually catalog i selected the furniture from priced the same couch 600$ cheaper ..mind you i know this the consignment price for license furniture sellers and buyers i get that part... mean while i stummbled onto the website bulkea same couch $750 i was shock .. i continue to look up several other items i needed for my home and decided to go with this company... delivery and assembly 60$ and they were traveling from about hour and 1/2 away... F4L delivery price $90 for a 20 min distance... all im saying is we all need to make a profit in this world but maybe they should think about changing there name... you don't see ASHLEY. LIVING SPACES.
