We had to put the zipper back on with safety pins

Purchased a couch and bed from them for well over 5k. The bed is amazing. The custom couch on the other hand not so much. It is a dumpster item after only a year. We were sold a "care free protection plan" what it should be called is "not our problem anymore plan". Seam separations on every single cushion in different places. Claim denied even when it clearly says seam separations are covered. We were told it was a rip and not separation....please see pictures for evidence. Stains? Yes it said it was covered but was also denied. We had high hopes for our furniture as the bed has held up perfect. Unfortunately I cannot and will not ever let anyone I know buy anything from here. I wouldn't even buy the bed over again if I had the choice. I cannot believe this place is still in business carrying a 1.8 star rating on here. Stay away. Swap meat quality at top dollar prices.

BUYERS BE AWARE! Living Spaces uses an unprofessional third party delivery service. Living Spaces used Aram Logistics Inc to provide me with a "full service" delivery on 3/24/2024. The delivery team caused property damage and delivered a dirty sofa. They were rough with delivery, did not use a dolly and dragged the heavy boxes in instead of lifting them. Photos were provided to Living Spaces immediately at the time of delivery and the damage was pointed out to the delivery person who shrugged his shoulders and just said "I don't know." Now neither company is taking responsibility for the damage. This is very disappointing because I had plans to purchase a bedroom set and dining table from them as well. So glad that I didn't! Going forward, I hope this review is found to be helpful when deciding to pay the additional $120 "full service" delivery and giving Living Spaces your business.

They do not connect the right way I would have to make some cuts to make it right.  I would never order from here ever  they were so rude

I order this beautiful dinning table from living spaces the table it self is perfect but the chairs, legs will not be flush together I would have to make some cuts to adjust them. I told them and they said they could change it for a fee that's unfortunate cause this is there mistake. I personally would never order from them again there were so rude, not helpful at all. That is very sad, so if you order from here make sure you ask all the right questions before you give them any kind of payment.. Good luck to

I had a media console delivered to my townhome, and the delivery team damaged my door. Of the three in the delivery team, one entered my home without a mask. They asked me to borrow my measuring tape, had nothing to keep the door open so they bolted the lock. After opening the door and moving the console up the narrow stairway, I heard a loud slam. Unbeknownst to me, the lock has been bolted and my door had been broken .The team left after an hour, and I noticed that my door handle was loose. I opened the door and noticed a huge crack. I immediately filed a property damage claim after seeing the damage. My door doesn't lock and unlock as it did when I used it previously. And I have to use my garage any time I have to leave. Daikon Logistics is denying that any of this happened. Corona Movers is the company they hired to deliver my console. When complaining to the company, they informed me that it's my responsibility to not let people in without masks, and they don't require employees to wear them. They also informed me that the damage to my door wasn't caused by their team, because I have no proof, even though I use this for regularly and it no longer functions properly, and I heard a loud slam during delivery. They also informed me that they do not require their white glove delivery companies to carry their own measuring tape. After the driver left, two of my handles on my console fell off, and I had to wait for three weeks to have it repaired. They informed me that the driver and the company are not responsible for leaving my new media console in an unusable condition. The representative who called me, Erika, hung up on me during the call when she informed me of my denial letter in which I requested coverage to fix my door. I have no choice but to file a small claim since all of my several previous efforts have been ignored and denied.

Half ass puttied slats.

If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never purchase from Living Spaces again. I requested a simple exchange for slats & base boards that were cut way too short & unable to be used for a bottom trundle/ drawer. The customer service rep was very unprofessional and rude & basically told me to hurry up & decide if I was going to exchange or return because he was going to clock off work. He also told me for an exchange I would have to return the whole bunk bed, after already assembling most of it, I find this ridiculous. Never again. For the amount of money spent on this bunk bed over $1000, I should've received parts that fit. Now I am stuck with a half functioning bunk bed.

I went to the Living Spaces at the Rancho Cucamonga store. I purchased the Marco Charcoal Queen Panel Bed (one for me, one for my niece). I also purchased the nightstands that go with the bed. They were on clearance but the quality was comparable to the ones that were not on clearance. I love my new bed and I love the nightstands! They are really sturdy. The only complaint I would have is that they try to give the items a sort of rustic look by putting small notches in the furniture. I really wish they didn't do that but otherwise I am very happy.

Knowing that this is a racist T-shirt advocating the lynching of African-Americans I realized that it was an intentional statement to black and brown people so I immediately left the store and wrote this second review. The first review was removed by Yelp because I gave it five stars. That's why I adjusted it to one star. Presently no one should patronize the store if they have a conscience and are wanting to make the world a better place.

Was in the neighborhood with my girlfriend and her parents & decided to finally check it out. The nursery has street parking and has signs making it easy to find. Walking up you immediately see the wide variety of pottery & plants that they have. I was pretty excited to dive in and see what they had to offer. Within 2 minutes of being there, literally 2 minutes we were greeted by a little boy. He ran up with a smile and stood there watching us. We said hello and he just nodded. We thought that's cute, and didn't think much of it. We haven't even begun our exploration when he followed us every step of the way, at times bumping elbows with us? We were taken by surprise because of how close he would get to us, it gave that feeling of him watching us as if we were going to steal something. He began running around us in circles, eventually grabbing a stick and tapping things next to us and playing around. Kids will be kids, I gave him that but this was way too much. My girlfriend's mother would at times bend over to look at a plant and he'd run past her making her have to step back or step forward awkwardly to let him by. We couldn't look in peace, it was impossible to even try with him squeezing in between us or running around us. It got annoying really fast, to the point where I was embarrassed that I took my girlfriend and her parents hyping it up to them saying that I've heard good things about this place. We eventually told the little boy that it's ok, we don't need help and we'll call him if we needed him but he didn't listen and stayed even closer after? Not long after another little boy, a little older ran up to check on us and probably seen the annoyed looks we had because he left us alone. At this point I was already turned off to even being there. I glanced at some prices and from what I had seen, some seemed kind of pricey while others seemed like a good deal. As we were leaving, I had noticed a woman sitting there with her kids and waved at her but she didn't wave back. I waved again and she just looked at me? So, that was awkward. Great selection, great space, this nursery had a nice variety of fountains, pottery, statues, and plants but to be constantly watched by this kid was definitely uncomfortable. I'm all for supporting family businesses, so I'll give this place another chance and bring my Mom because she's been wanting to go. Hopefully it's not always like this, otherwise we'll just bring our business elsewhere.
