As I approached the store door, I noticed signage regarding face masks being required in order to enter the store. Upon entering the store, we (me and hubby) were warmly greeted by the saleslady (Esther) who asked us if we needed help. After browsing the large showroom, Esther asked if we saw any items we wanted to buy and we replied yes. At this point, Esther invited us to sit at a desk to discuss purchasing options. We were encouraged when she told us that she would be able to have the items delivered to us as soon as the next day between 11am & 3pm. In reference to my experience while browsing in the store, I liked that there was hand sanitizer bottles throughout the store as well as clear plastic desktop separators between the customer and salespeople. I appreciated that the Esther offered us hand sanitizer before sitting down to discuss purchasing options. After discussing purchasing options, Esther suggested we purchase all items all at once so it'll be one flat delivery and set up fee. She called her manager to confirm that the selected delivery date was available to our address. After a short phone call, she let us know that delivery date she gave us was correct. I appreciated that the while completing our purchase, Esther was responsive to other customers entering the store and verbally welcomed them as well as saying that she would be with them soon. I especially appreciated that she politely asked customers to put their face masks back on while inside the store which helped me feel safe and protected while shopping in the store. On the day of our furniture delivery, I received a phone call from the delivery driver around 11:30am confirming my home address to deliver our items. Since I was at work at the time, I provided the drivers with hubby's phone number so they could work together and get our items delivered and set up in a timely fashion. Around noon, I received a text from hubby saying delivery guys arrived with our order and attached a photo of bench I definitely didn't order. After hubby showed them our store invoice, the delivery guys quickly fixed the problem and efficiently assembled the items we purchased. I got 6 which were put together by the Ramirez staff but the legs keep coming loose. It looks like 2 of the chairs had screws overtightened when they were being put together and the screw holes wound up getting stripped. 3 of the other chairs just have legs which keep coming loose. After over a month of constantly having to re-tighten the screws holding those legs together I decided to contact the store. The person I spoke with was very receptive to my concerns & said he wanted to stop by so he could see what exactly was going on. He came that sane day, apologized, took stock of the condition of the chairs & offered to replace them right away. It's 2 days later & my dining chairs got replaced today. So far so good. I'll update this should something go wrong but so far I'm a happy camper. Everyone here has been real easy to talk with & they've been very accommodating.

I usually see the mattress so this was new to me. They had several dining room tables and liked one that can come in a bright white to match my kitchen. As for the bedroom sets, we didn't find one to our liking or color. However we were totally in love with the massage chair! Ninfa told us that's it's only $1,500 until today, but my hubby said it's not a necessity. We'll keep this store in mind when we make our final decision.
