Right now the store as a lot of fall decorations on display and the scented aroma of cinnamon and pumpkin spice through out the store. Found a beautiful rug $299 at 30% off sale . The rug is more beautiful opened and in my house with all my furniture . The colors are not too bright , more soft and light . Colors of Navy , pale blue , creme a hint of mustard and copper . Kirklands gives you great deals especially when you sign up for their KClubs and you receive $$$$. This was my haul during their candle sale! Love Kirklands, this store did not have a lot of product out. The clerk, I believe her name was Laura, needs to go to customer service school. She's always mad and talking about the other employees to other team members. I know this because I shop there all the time. Most of the staff is pretty nice for the most part. I walk in, and immediately, Laura asks, "Are you looking for something?" I immediately let her know I had a return, and she asked if I had the receipt, but I couldn't remember if I had it in my purse. She began to explain if I purchased in that store. I said no, and she immediately said well you can't return, etc.. she was very Cady, rude and bothered. I walked around but was so upset about how she approached me when I walked in that I wanted to leave. Anyway, I purchased a few items. She was snapping towards me at the register. She realized I was not going to allow her to speak towards me in that manner, so I did get strong and firm with my answers. It was my first time at this location, and I was excited about it. Now I won't be returning because of her customer service. Definitely need to be pleasant and humble Kirklands in Jurupa Valley, their staff ladies are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. read more

Staff was nice And helpful. I went in last week and had a sleeping baby on me. They offered to help me grab items and even put some in the back counter while I continued to shop! One even offered to help me load the car. I found some great deals and will definitely be back since there's so much more I want! Lol read more

I ordered something online and chose to pick it up. The website says that they do curbside pick up, but when I called the store to notify them that I was there they were very rude and annoyed that they had to bring my order out. I was in the parking spot directly in front of the front door, and waited for 30 minutes. I finally called again and the rude worker said that I needed to pull up right in front and wait in oncoming traffic in the busy shopping center. I did so, even though the spot I was parked I. First was actually much closer. Then she comes outside and tells me that she can't cross the crosswalk to my car and I needed to turn it around? It was probably again, another five steps for her. Bottom line, if your employees are going to be so ridiculous about bringing orders out, maybe you shouldn't advertise it on your website. read more

The young lady in the store who helped me with my online return was very helpful. The individual from the customer service call center was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least!. I am not sure who "examined" my damaged lamp and advised customer service the lamp was not damaged. Why would I return an undamaged lamp? The lamp I received was, in fact , damaged and because someone within the organization stated it was not I did not receive a refund for the $20 I paid for shipping. A reputable company accepts the customer's word. Poor customer service for being dishonest to your customer service department. read more

I don't know how I was decorating my house without coming here and finding all the amazing accessories and pieces to put my rooms together. I first came to buy their closet scent packs but I just started shopping around for more and kept coming back for more. The workers are always a delight and are always willing to help you out if you have any questions or concerns! I'd definitely recommend their closet scents and candles if you can get some. read more

This is just a fun store. Love this location! It's so much bigger than the Victoria Gardens one. There is more room to walk around and they seem to have a pretty large stock of items. I love the candles here. They are so much better than the Yankee Candles. Aside from that, they have a wide variety of home decor. You have to go often though because the products don't stick around too long. A lot of their items are seasonal, If you love it, get it. It may not be there when you go back. read more

Susan's was incredibly helpful and even went as far as ordering a desired item from another store because it wasn't available at this one. She was exceptional! First off I don't know why I never went in this store, honestly it looks so nice I thought it was pricey. Both my fiance and I came 1 time and with in the last year, fell in love so about 10 more times we came in. So of coarse for Christmas presents I came to get my amazing prices and kamisha politely asked a customer she was answering a question for said I'm on the register let me ring her (me) up real quick. And with her amazing attitude came right over and told me about there app that I immediately down loaded and saved another $6 . I'm serious I really love this specific store! I'm a designer and ordered two large orders from their online store. I received a vase in one order that arrived broken. I was expecting push back and a headache to either return or get a refund. The exchange was a breeze and all of the gals here were understanding, went out of their way to solve the issue, and were AMAZING! Sad to say it's very rare to get customer service these days of this caliber but I'm sold as a permanent customer and will continue to seek them out for future projects. read more

So I totally love Kirklands! Such cute stuff and I especially love this kirklands because of the amazing customer service I experienced today. I was getting some gifts for Mother's Day and I really was having a hard time finding something. so I started chatting with the girl who works there (I wish I would have gotten her name) but she was very helpful, she was trying to help me figure out what my mom likes and getting ideas for me. I actually left to go to target to get a basket for the items I got and came back to kirklands and her supervisor helped me wrap it all up and put a bow on it. Lol so sweet and they totally didn't have to help me! It's those small helpful actions that goes a long way and I will remember. So Thank you ladies. Your awesome and I will be back! read more
