He was responsive, quick, easy to work with and his work lived up to the name. Beautiful job. After he was done, I could not tell where the repair had been made. Dave filled in a corner that had been nicked pretty bad by using a lacquer stick. He recreated the corner, matched the color perfectfully and drew in the grain lines, then sprayed lacquer over it all. He also did two more smaller touch ups and did not charge more than what he had quoted.

No $4,800 price tag was ever shown to me or verbally disclosed.2. Property Hostage & Price Gouging: Three weeks later, they returned with my rugs and suddenly demanded $4,800. This was eight times the original quote. The company claimed the employee who quoted me $600 no longer worked there. They held my property hostage until I negotiated with the owner, who dropped the price to $3,100. Under intense pressure to get my property back, I reluctantly authorized the $3,100 debit card charge.3. Substandard Work & Misrepresentation: Upon unrolling the rugs after they left, the quality of work was completely defective. The rugs were hung crookedly and damaged.
